Some potential problems are software bugs, short of staff in IRCC, colleges not aware of this new requirement, misplaced LOA, etc.

If you don't know anything things don't Say anything, making people stupid, there is icbc inspection before you even get the car and that's the biggest inspection in Canada. 😂 coming from India n giving wrong information in 1 month 😮

Second, check Carfax and maintenance history. If meter is tempered, it will show red flags. Third, there is something called All-Weather tires. Do perform better than all seasonal tires since the rubber softens in winter so you don’t have to change tires all year around. If you are high mileage driver, then try changing those tires every two years.
