That's skill. I saw top1 gui, she had 4 buffs first and then always 2-3 and all the time 3 supports. Everyone can play like that but moskov has 1 tank and he just plays really well

He probably is soloQ. He just does things too spontaneously for his team to react, like when he just recalled deep in enemy jungle because he knew that roger was coming to cut them off for a cleanup while his teammates didn’t. Also spamming moskov only in every matchup is definitely not the best idea ever.
