Yes, we know they would rather have a single full time job that paid well. But the problem is that there is a massive shortage of these jobs, and they can't be created overnight. That's why building for the realities on the ground - and for the fact that people employ a portfolio of work - is crucially important

These policies aren't designed by Africans clearly and are absurd if new growth markets must be found correct?
Quality job problem is a govt policy problem period.And no gig work is just a bandaid a hectic one, very variable and unstable ,driven by fear not adding value
