Surprised no one commented on this. I agree kids should not be paid to handle their own business. I would also agree that the absolutely worst case is to have zero chore plan for your children. Then, the next best would be paying your children to do chores. Lastly, the option with the highest potential for raising a successful child, would be to enforce chores without pay. The last one would also be the most difficult to succeed. So, pick the option that suits you. If both parents work or have unpredictable schedules, it may be most practical to adhere to option #2.
chore is something you have to do, but don't want to. Only of you allow your kids to do no homework it's ok to require them to do chores free. I haven't listened to the entire video yet, however
