Something kick my head...in rung 5: in my humble opinion, in order to prevent jog forward/reverse command turned ON at the same time, (I mean, in manual mode any buttom can be pressed and create more than one output command resulting in a dangerous situation) won't be helpful to create seal in in this rung by adding XIO intruction forward/reverse command bit as well, rigth before each jog direction Move instruction? or won't be necesary in this case? correct, you can use logic before the jog command to prevent Forward, Backward turning ON at the same time. This interlock function would also be done from the HMI when a forward button sets a jog positive, meantime reset job negative command, such similar idea.
