Idk if you play Tekken but this is like, genuinely a really bad thing. Victor's u12 is already strong enough but it's literally broken in heat. It's evasive and does insane damage. If you block, it does crazy chip damage and is shockingly difficult to sidestep. And all the guy really did was toss in an armored move which does 25 alone.
