I disassembled and repaired my prado 06 actuator, now I can hear it click and turn on, tires lock successfully VSCOFF lights up but the center differential lock indicator keeps flashing !! Do I need to set the little red gear correctly or is this an error code that needs to be cleared?

I can't get my actuator to come off my transfer case. got the lid off with that long 4 pin thing. but the box bit won't come off... the 3 bolts are off and the actuator only moves an inch.... any help?
