It would be great if I had to persuade someone to visit VM Ilo2. The reason why there aren't many customers is that the place isn't accessible to everyone. The majority of shoppers who go there are from the Villar-owned community, and 90% of them still prefer to go to S.M Malls instead. It's unfortunate to see stores shutting down, such as KAL ASIAN MART, NO NAME HOME store, and SIXTY FOUR CAFE and BISTRO. For sure, some of these stores in the mall will go out of business soon due to a lack of customers. A mall that has low consumer traffic or is deteriorating is referred to as a 'dead mall'. In addition, all of Gaisano's malls, particularly the one located at ICC, which is referred to as the Gaisano Capital.

Thanks for leaving comments..., I can see why that might be worrying. Vista Mall's success is crucial for the businesses within and the community it serves. Just recently, however, Vista Mall has been exploring new partnerships with local entrepreneurs to bring in more unique and attractive options for shoppers, which might help address the situation. It's a step in the right direction, and it's important to support these small businesses as they navigate through these challenges. Although we love shopping on that mall because less people around and not crowded. Have a beautiful day. God bless us.
