That's actually what is on my mind lately. I mean in a few days, I'll be taking N3 here in PH. I have lived and worked there in Japan and being able to experience it is definitely making me think about going back there more. It is definitely better in terms of financial and such compared to here but Japan is Japan and we gotta look for lotta things, yk
Yeah Japan has certain job criterias that are way different that other places, and one of those things is being suffiecient in japanese, usually atleast N2 level. your heading in the right direction if you want to work in the Japan in the future!
this was a really interesting video. learning about the 8 8 6. getting the vibe of how different places in the world live like, with out really having to be there.
overall interesting topic. RN im still in the US while I continue learning JPN but even my side job I make more than an English teacher in Japan alone. Working there would be tough.
a little bit of correction here. while it is true that getting job in here is hard, in japan each year they always look for fresh graduate, which unlike the other company that ask u 6 year experience they will take u based on ur interview. doesn't change the fact that it is hard to get a job in JP tho
yeah I know they take fresh college graduates, but the comment I was speaking about was about me working and the work environment, options, and other factors available to those without a college degree( I dont have one rn). I don't think there is a lack of jobs, but the barrier of entry make it not accessible for me currently as a college student.
Pretty useful video. I'm waiting for Japan Government scholarship (MEXT) results and finally know if I'm going there to study. I guess a grade there could be better so as to get selected for a job in Japan and, I hope, in any other country
Possibly, I have decent work options currently that I am aiming at. A lot of my mentors have great careers here, so it could be possible for me to work here after I graduate.
No it’s always like that. A lady has been there for years and said she has to leave… there are no opportunities for foreigners; IT and English teacher (and she’s married to a Japanese man and she speaks Japanese)

Yeah but it kinda works out, every is cheap here and doable. I can make tons back in the states but in the states that money doesn’t take me far

Thank u man, hoping you win the scholarship. It’s a hard one to win but I have faith in u!
Man the only way I'm moving there is if I can get a tech job 😂 can you see yourself staying in Japan after you finish school long term?
