The guitarist ACE FREHLEY is a lone wolf in his style of playing guitar. I was grateful to see him perform in 1976 & 1977 at Greensboro NC. I was thankful and to this day to see Peter Criss and Ace Frehley play right in front of the stage. The incredible Peter and Ace!!!! Thank you for a great two years and beyond!!!!

I think I was the only kid there at the Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan. We had top of the line tickets for the staggering price of -- $12 -- They had only a quarter of the dome open, with a giant curtain separating the concert area from the rest of the building. Paul Stanley announce there was 35,000 people there, in the seats and on the floor. Drugs, booze, weed all over the place; people passing out, walking around like zombies, screwing on the floor, fighting. I was terrifying and spectacular. My ears were ringing for 3 days because kiss doubled the volume after cheap trick left the stage.
Im 12 now and kiss is my favourite band ever I bassicly know everything about it i wish i was born in the 1970s it would of been the best to see them in real life and also i don't realy mind the new kiss with Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer,my favorite drummer is probably going to be even Eric Carr or Peter Criss but if i had to pick one it would be Eric Carr rest in peace my fox friend you are the best rest in heaven 🙏🙏

I had just started just a little bit drumming had been drumming for a couple of years when Kiss came out and Peter Chris and his style blew me away I really tried to duplicate his style I never perfected it but got very close😊
My first concert was KISS at the Kitchener-Waterloo in 1975 when I was 17. Had floor seats about 20 rows back and stood on the seat the entire time. It was awesome!

Granted, I love this performance, but Eric was so much better. Saw them with Vinnie Vincent and Eric Carr. I was bummed it wasn't the original line up, but the musicianship was top notch in comparison.

Hands down , the original lineup was and is an incredible band ! It’s too bad Gene and Paul couldn’t get out of the way during the reunion ! I’m not saying Ace and Peter were angels but it’s hard to believe things were that bad ! During the 80s I wasn’t a Kiss fan , it wasn’t until the 90s I went back and listened to original albums because I wanted to see what all the fuss always about ! After getting alive , I got why so many bands were influenced by them !

So great voice. And the drumming is so groovy good. Important part of the sound of Kiss. Both the drums and the voice.
His peak as a drummer was easily the ALIVE! era. He was the driving force and in his prime amazing. Underrated in his time.
