I just got back into p99 green, made a warrior a few weeks ago. Got him to level 45 last night.

yeah the boots are his rare drop, a lot of people want them because they are magical and allow you to kick critters that can only be hit with magic weps

The mob on the roof can be accessed through the room with the giant hand
Can be tricky for a Cleric to get there since the hand and werebats in that area are immune to IVU.

I know the meta for Clerics is doing the spectres in Feerrott at 40+, but for TH-cam content, Ghoul Supplier would be fun. You can probably do Sentinel too, but that's a lot trickier. Would just bind outside and instantly gate anytime a pull goes wrong. Once you clear it, the respawns in Guk are so slow that you'll only have to kill a mob once every 10 minutes or so, so you'll always have plenty of HP and mana.

There is a pool of water near it. Dive into it, and I believe there is a room under the water that you can come up into. There is an undead child in there that once it's toy....I I think it was a doll. I don't remember what you get if you give it the doll or toy. I also don't remember where you get it at....

What class/race combo would you recommend for a total noob to EQ and p99 in general? If you have any general new player guides or configuration tips please let me know! Ive always been fascinated by EQ, long time wow player since vanilla, played DAOC back in the day and stuff, so im used to MMO's but those seem casual to the stuff EQ makes you deal with.

I played Necro on p99 after not playing EQ for a very long time. Can solo or group. Variety of play styles which keeps things interesting. Race isnt super critical but iksar is the meta for its racial hp regen.

If you kill them right as they spawn they only take two nukes it’s what makes the camp so good. You can’t let them buff themselves.
Prior to Planes opening up, you need that key to get through the bookcase, but once planes opened up, they took away a lof of the keying.
