Ed & Katelyn here! 👋 What an epic day of treasure hunting this was, for those wondering sadly the diamond wasn't real when tested, but it was so much fun to find. Let's do it again soon hey! Big thanks to Leigh & Nicky, another great adventure 😎☀️
I want to say I like your videos the best out of all the treasure hunters I've seen on TH-cam. You make it fun, exciting and enjoyable all the same time. Keep them coming and I'll keep watching.
I'm not going to get between a power couple so I'm just going to say that the true winner of the day was mateship. 😜 Great video guys and you all absolutely smashed it on the jewellery!! 🤙
Poor Nikki, hope she recovered quick, nasty little blighter. You all look like you had so much fun, apart from the blueys. Well done. My boys and I bought our first metal detector yesterday. It's a small beginners detector but I am sure we are going to have a blast learning about it and finding things. You and Sifinds inspired us. Something we were going to do years ago.
Grew up in Sydney lived there till I was 18 and went off to coff come back and had kids we lived on the Northshore miss those beaches they are the best now in Melbourne 😺
The best thing you found is that Quarter. It has no mint mark. So you could possibly sell it for more than even that gold and silver put together. You just need to get it graded.
Such great finds there between all 4 off you hope Niki stings are healing they looked very painful. Oh my days those waves were powerful didn't stop you finding your rings though 😅
Wow, you have so much fun. Your so cool it would be so much fun to hang out with u for a day. I watch your videos all the time. I love the magnet fishing ones .Your so much fun to watch. Love ya
Diamond is glass Your uploads are getting better. Don't get a complex they were good anyway.. : ) I like the breaking up of the upload so it's not constant under the water, plus a bit of sight seeing and facts....great stuff, getting better and better. Road to success mate. One thing I do notice is the better the quality of picture the more I enjoy the vid.
like many NZers i lived in sydney for a million years and just as you going to this beach i screamed thats gordons bay!!!!! lololol used to snorkel at gordons bay, great for tropical fish. omg gordons bay what a blast from the past, love your channel btw my dog at the time was called gordon so he'd be in the water too. omg the memories are flooding back thanks for that!!!
Great fun….fabulous beach…really enjoyed watching. Lots of good finds and I hope they ‘Diamond’ is real. Thanks for sharing. Hugs and stay safe xxDottie
Any US Washington Quarters made between 1933 to 1964 are silver quarters and some are valuable so believe you found 1960 so might want to research your finds of Quarters from USA. Hello from Land Between the Lakes , Dover Tennessee , USA , Great finds.
Shame about the conditions at Gordons Bay, was curious what you might find there after the recent Australia Day gathering that was held there. I hope Nicky is feeling better after the blue bottle encounter. Some great finds there by all of you, hope there is some real silver and diamonds amongst it
I just love watching you and Nikki. The US quarter you found has probably been there for quite some time. I am from the US and it's unusual to have a coin that old just hanging around. It pre dates when they started using copper along the edge. That would have been over 40 years ago if I recall. I do miss Dennis, I hope you'll get to do a day magnet fishing!
Hi, Leigh & Nikki. Nikki, I hope you didn't have to suffer for too long after being stung. Better a blue bottle than one of those stingrays. Leigh, you and Ed seemed to have had the most fun at Coogee Beach and had some awesome finds. Of course, Nikki & Katelyn's finds from the 'treasure hole' could prove to be the more profitable. Lots of comments about the (90%) silver quarter possibly being worth some 💰. Thanks for sharing this fun video. Stay healthy and safe, you two 👍🏽 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
ALL US QUARTERS MADE B4 1964 ARE SILVER.. Im perpetually poor lol, so Last year i sold a few to a coin/gold/silver dealer here in Florida - I get about $7.00-$10.00 a piece for them. Pretty sweet profit margin, like 400%!
Leigh, We want you to go to the Bahamas sometime. Not because of the treasure (although I'm sure there's tons of it) but because of the driving. We've noticed that you're completely comfortable driving on either side of the street (you're bi-drival???) in a steering-wheel-appro- priate vehicle, but the Bahamas are a little different. Your driving in the Bahamas would be a great short! Are you up for it? Get ready Nikk 😁 Cheers from Seattle
Welcome home big guy… great to see you getting some finds! Bit out of practice with the waves? 😉 Would love to see you up here at Newcastle and port stephens for an adventure.
Great finds my friend! Your videos really get me motivated to get out in the water but I am in Michigan in the U.S. and the weather and water are way to cold for me.
Hello from California! 1960 u.s. quarter should be silver? If there are any mint errors , double die, offset print, even cracks, u.s. coins get crazy valuable. Idk why. Is Nikki okay?
Ed & Katelyn here! 👋 What an epic day of treasure hunting this was, for those wondering sadly the diamond wasn't real when tested, but it was so much fun to find. Let's do it again soon hey! Big thanks to Leigh & Nicky, another great adventure 😎☀️
We’ll find a real one next time 😃💍💪 but that was so much fun! Can’t wait for round two!
It wasn’t sparkly enough to be diamond.
hey Bondi very cool hunt. Awesome finds. That 1960 US quarter is 90% silver. 👍🏴☠️
I was thinking the same thing about the quarter being silver.
Sweet! It’s a keeper 🤩👌
Canadian coins are silver if prior to 1968, imagine US same
I want to say I like your videos the best out of all the treasure hunters I've seen on TH-cam. You make it fun, exciting and enjoyable all the same time. Keep them coming and I'll keep watching.
Ya I was gonna say the same thing til I just seen ur comment. Very nice find
You and Niki are easily the highlight of my week. Never stop treasure hunting and bringing us along for your journey.
Thanks so much! We’ll keep the adventures coming that’s for joining 😃🤙
I think you should do an underwater treasure hunt with Wim and Ramone THAT would be EPIC! 🤗
19:19, That's the year I was born. Yes, as others have already said, it's 90% Silver. Many American coins from 1964 and older were silver.
I'm not going to get between a power couple so I'm just going to say that the true winner of the day was mateship. 😜
Great video guys and you all absolutely smashed it on the jewellery!! 🤙
Hey Mish, you’re right! Always a fun time hangin with Ed and Katelyn 😃🌊💍🤙
That 1960 quarter is 90% silver and in the water at the beach in Australia is a really strange place to find a silver American quarter
Yeah it’s been down there a while probably!
You are all winners in my book, sunny weather and awesome friends having fun searching for treasure . More than 85% gold forecast 🍀🍀
😂😂😂 100% gold forecast!
Me and Greta like you too cleaning up the beaches, surf of the world well done!

The American quarter is silver. Most coins before 1964 are silver. great 👍 finds.
The U.S. Quarter you found is pre-1965 when they were mostly silver. Nice find!
Great video 📹 👍 Good find on the US quarter bc it is pure silver with the year of 1960 👍👍😊
American silver coins are a large percent silver prior to 1964. So the quarter is a find!
Grew up in Sydney lived there till I was 18 and went off to coff come back and had kids we lived on the Northshore miss those beaches they are the best now in Melbourne 😺
Awesome hunt for all. Yay!!!!!! Love the enthusiasm so much !!!
G'day Lee & Niki, loving all your videos from all around this big wide world, keep up the great work
G’day 😃👍
Well, he is called Detect-Ed for a reason. I think Ed Wins the day. What a fun hunt. I just LOVE to detect with friends. Cheers

That quarter from the US since it's pre 1964 is mostly silver. Coin collectors in the US look for those.
😁👋👍👍👏👏💕🙏

That silver quarter is a winner. Nice 👍
Hello sweet people 💜. Love from America as always 💕
The quarter is a keeper. Anything before about 1963 is worth keeping.
The quarter you found from the United States is silver. Everything before 1964 is silver. Cool!
Shame about the conditions at Gordons Bay, was curious what you might find there after the recent Australia Day gathering that was held there. I hope Nicky is feeling better after the blue bottle encounter. Some great finds there by all of you, hope there is some real silver and diamonds amongst it
Yeah it was just full of stingrays. Just so many it was actually pretty scary 🤯

What a beautiful place Australia is
Enjoyed your homeland trip. Great finds xx
That US quarter is primarily silver!
Awesome finds and not so Awesome, Hope Nikki didn’t suffer too much, what do you if a bluebottle stings you, video was exciting
All you can do is stay in the water or have a hot shower 👌
The salt water takes sting away. Good to know
American quarters, dimes, and nickles dated before 1965 are made of silver.

Bondi, awesome finds. Love watching your videos. Keep on doing what you do.
Hi! The waves hit you so hard they knocked your curls out straight! Lol, your hair grew 6 inches longer... fun viddy!
Hopefully they knocked some sense into me as well 😂😂
@@BondiTreasureHunter hi! No, no, no, we can't have that happening. That could get boring 😃. So get on out there and find some more goodies🙃
Good times and plenty of treasure! Looked hectic trying to battle those waves 🌊 😂
Shorie bashing for treasure 😂💪
That was so much fun too watch 🤟🏼
A US 1960 25 cent piece is 999 silver.
Looks like a nice silver day to me. Would have loved to be there.
Great video! I look forward to finding out if any of those rocks were precious or semi-precious stones.
Ouch poor Nicky 😢❤❤❤❤
Hey guys. Are your travels bringing you to Tassie. We'd love to catch up and detect with you. 🙂

Cool thank you! Yeah Nicky is all ok 😃👌
If that quarter is from 1960, then it is worth more as it is made of a higher silver content than anything produced after 1964.
exactly what I was going to say
Enough talking and more stalking. 😁 Good finds!
I lived in Coogee for a couple of years
Interesting history lesson!
USA quarters are 90% silver pre-1965!
Lots of sightings of the majestic sea flap flap.
Judging from the looks of the beautiful gem, my guess is that it is a cubic zirconia. I hope I'm wrong and it's real. Good luck guys.
Yeah it was a retirement find if it was real!
@@BondiTreasureHunter I'm sorry it wasn't real. But hey, you can always have a ring or necklace made with it. Keep on trucken.......🤙🤙🤙
