The Briefcase could have been painted in Thermochromic Paint (i.e. Morph Paint) which changes colors depending on what angled it is being used. Justin Bieber's first car was painted in a thermochromic paint, which looked silver when standing still and changed as it moved...
Nope. Just simple video editing. Even I could do that easily. Sky news simply changed the color to match the words of the reporter. At that specific moment she said the words "green budget", and the suitcase is representative of said budget. It's pretty obvious once you know the context. But I'm confident that very soon reality will look very psychedelic with technology advancing so exponentially.
The glass moving could be from condensation gathering under and around the glass making it raise and slide. You can do this yourself with a cold glass on glass table. It doesn't work as well on wood tables.

Cups move all the time on their own. Especially on a flat surface. If the cup has any room on the bottom to trap air and the cup was washed in hot water, the cup will ride on the air pocket due the the expanded warm, trapped air. edit: I paused too soon, he mentioned it.

So my grandfather was a head NASA engineer on the shuttle program and NASA'S development sector as well. When I was in third grade I spent a lot of Summer days at Edward's AFB here in California, a few trips to Houston, and Cape Canaveral. One of those days on the AFB after I told him about seeing a "UFO" in the sky a week earlier, he takes me to one of the NASA hangars. This particular hangar had the most of the three NASA hangars on base. We walked right through with only a few waves and hellos. In that Hangar were three vessels in various states of disrepair and two with obvious signs of having crashed. Having been around NASA, and even aboard each shuttle at least twice, as well as getting to see test aircraft (Edwards was also known for this) I was pretty familiar even at that age of what some of our more advanced flight vehicles looked like. These craft bore very similar aspects to each other, but nothing like what we had then or even now. Admittedly I am no expert nor were I then, but I had seen quite a lot. Even the underground high speed rail system that's only marginally known about and discussed that runs between various mysterious hard t pi access places. Area 51, Edwards, Vandenburg AFB, Los Alamos AFB, and White Sands Testing base. It may go to more I just know of those places for sure having ridden on it a few times with my Grandfather. Anyway he proceeded to explain to me that these three craft were actual UFO's. 2 he confirmed had been obtained from crashes. He didn't disclose the one that looked more or less whole and how it was obtained. What he did say was that they were taking them apart to learn about them and to reverse engineer whatever could be with what we had currently available. Mind you this was mid 80's.
