your doing amazing work mate, people will still watch you and support you. Your just doing whats best for your business and your gut instinct hasn't let you down so far.
You don't need to be a record dealer to recognise a pile unsold carboot records. Records are personal & when you see them together they reflect the person who was interested in them when they came out. No one had that bad a taste that wide to buy those first two record collections & how did they avoid every single collectable artist for a 30 year between the 1950s to 1980s? Now that Dark side Record is a once in a blue moon find. Don't let it go cheap lol
Unfortunately I wasn't there or they would of been turned around and sent on their way. I did worry they wouldn't come back but I said although there was some good stuff there its stuff I have many times over. They promptly returned to lump it onto another record shop I guess.
I see you had a copy of "Hergest Ridge" by Mike Oldfield. If it's an original 74 pressing, just have a try at playing it. All the 74 pressings with the Roger Dean label were pressed on cr@p vinyl due to the mid 70s oil crisis. The pressing isn't unplayable, but it sounds like an audio fry up 😆
I can't believe that anyone would buy those records new in the boxes. Some old American blues singers would be better. Keep up the searching. That box at the car boot was staggering and he had 6 or 7 more boxes too.
You can always drop that easy listening at the tip.

Did you tell the seller what they had on their hands?
I didn't know I had it till it was getting processed later that day
That sticker idea is perfect for you
I have a solid blue Triangle as well, but mine Is a Demo, so what Is that worth?. I got It from a Essex boot from a record producer In the 70's.
Silver Dream Racer 😮❤

Nice to see a Book of the Bad volume 2 casually hanging out on the sofa. Ladies of Spain has the best intro of a dnb tune possibly ever!

So people pay stupid pounds for a blue triangle....the world's gone mad
Where there’s muck there’s brass as you say in the north 😊
Absolutely bowls or record stiffeners
Two best ones on the top! There’s a guy on Facebook who list records who puts best 2 or 3 albums at the front and the rest is drivel!
Has the comments phone been disconnected??
Thats the worst collection I've ever seen. Did the first
seller have any idea?
No the deal was done only when i started processing it all i come across it and i never expected it either
All charity shop fodder (boxes of vinyl).👎
