We are former residents of Sagemont in the mid 60's, have been in central Ohio since then. We have family members in Livingston and the Conroe area and now are watching Hurricane Beryl on KPRC-TH-cam. I have followed you crusing adventures for the past six months, and hope that your family is safe, along with your yacht, Some Day.
Fun video, as always! We pulled our boat out of our marina yesterday, and cleared everything from outside our house. Your video was a super nice break from watching the weather channels all day. Best wishes on getting thru Beryl!
We have met one of those guys on that catamaran, he was from Belize. There are several slips in South Shore that are rented year round by people who have boats in Galveston. They come in when tropical weather is getting close to the island. I saw about a 60 ft aluminum crew boat on the west side of South Shore with "Game Warden" written on the side last week.
We were out watching the fireworks on the 4th and you could see displays from Baytown down to Galveston. I just prepped my boat yesterday and it's kinda worrisome to see some folks don't even come down to check on their boats. Aaaand, You have convinced me to take our boat down to Pier 6 soon!
