Love them all but funny face has a runny nose...lol. Now the crow was nicely made over, but I am so frightened of them and most other birds. My phobia...lol
Hi Yvonne… Oh the Crow ! Love how that came out and Mr Mushroom is much better , he makes me smile ! ☺️ Love the Patina products from Dixie Bell. They seem to be much LESS messier than other brands. 💛💛🌻🌻💛💛
Yvonne a quick tip if your in a hurry. Use your heat gun on tags. Lift one corner and they usually pull right off. Hope you don’t mind my couple of tricks. Just wanted to share as I learn so much from you.
The horse turned out great....my favorite. OH yeah the canisters were gorgeous too. I have those very antlers and ducks right now. Gots ta paint them!! Mushroom guy was cuter after your paint work but I did not like him at all at first!
You cant beat slick stick. I use several paint brands but Dixie belle knocked it out of the park with slick stick and their brushes are my go to favorite no matter what paint I use
How adorable each piece turned out. I thought the antlers look more realistic. The canisters looked so well loved. Love the seed transfers on them. That slick stick is awesome. Only problem having to wait 24hrs. to cure. Like you I get impatient but that’s the price you pay for perfection LOL. Well done once again. ♥️😊👍🌟🌟
Love your makeovers! ❤ Here’s a little tip I use when applying the patina spray for a targeted area…I have 2 eye dropper bottles with the patina spray in each. I just drop what I need where I need it. That spray is not cheap and if you’re like me you save where you can.
Fusion Mineral Paint line has Ultra Grip you can use on surfaces that are a challenge for paint to stick. Also the Antiquiing Glaze is like the paint in that you can paint right over it. The wax you have to sand off because it’s wax. Just thought I’d add my little knowledge 😂 I love the ducks!!
@@GingerChickRehab, yes. I feel like my coats are too thin and inconsistent when I brush back and forth. But it seems to cover more evenly with the pouncing technique.
I loved all of them, but especially the horse, you pick right on the color for him he is beautiful ❤️. But then everything is. That mushrooms face looks amazing after the wax. I have always used a spray paint or modepodge on my pieces but I may have to invest in some slick stick. Do you think it works better? God bless
I have used the slick stick before. Did what it says! Also have started redoing pieces of furniture. The Dixie Bell ‘Silk’ paint is fabulous!! It self levels & dries beautifully!!! I absolutely love it!!!
The crow is amazing! The ducks are beautiful . The canisters turned out so cute! What a great video to get to watch after hip replacement surgery. Thank you so much Yvonne! 🤗
I loved it all! How talented you are. And you have such vision for stuff that most people would throw away!! I would love to see a video of how you clean up all your brushes, tools, etc. That's they part that's so daunting to me! Keeps me from painting because I'm scared of the clean up.
Thank you.. it would be very exciting watching me wash them in my sink. Hot water and dawn dish soap until they rinse clear. I do have a couple brush scrubbers for the smaller brushes.🤗
I love everyone of the pieces. But the horse! When you showed first showed it with the brown paint, I gasped out loud! He was gorgeous. The transformation on the antlers was another gasp worthy piece!
Love how the canisters turned out. I have that lower standing duck. I had done the baking soda method on it, but it ended up chipping off in spots from getting damp so I washed it all off, sprayed it with matte spray and letting it sit til I figure out what I want to try again.
The antlers definitely looked so much better when you were finished. Love all the projects. You did your magic on them. That mushroom….. hmmmm not so sure about him lol ❤
Hi Yvonne, These were all beautiful makeovers! So fun and creative, I’ve been venturing out trying some makeovers myself. Not sure they are saleable yet, but I’m getting there. Loved the animals and the crow. Just beautiful… did you put a sealer on the mushroom piece.. just wondering? Great video thank you so much! Debbie 🦋
The canisters look well-loved! That slick stick is really nice for smooth surfaces! The animals are all adorable! And, the crow is astounding! I love the mushroom head!❤
Yvonne, do you have a video where you redo a wooden duck that is very similar to the swans? I have a wooden duck waiting to be redone, but I wanted to follow the same process you did. I just can’t find the video.
Just recently purchased some vintage tools that are very dirty, what’s the solution Chris uses to clean them? How long do they have to soak? Thank you!
...the Horse....the Crow and Mushroom!! 💙💙💙
The horse was my favorite. You made all of these items happy and alive again.
Those ducks did it for me today.
Love the mushroom.
Everything turned out great! That face just cracks me up!😂
I don't know which one was my favorite but the mushroom was as weird as it gets. But still adorable.
Love them all but funny face has a runny nose...lol. Now the crow was nicely made over, but I am so frightened of them and most other birds. My phobia...lol
Loved the crow
Loved all of them!!
Awesome as always
Thank you!
Absolutely love the yellow birds! Lindy Australia!
The horse was beautiful. Nice job
Just think of a little child running up foam at old man face on a mushroom out in the yard it’s gonna scare them to death love it
Slick stick is wonderful. Once cured the paint will not come off. I've used it many times and it's the best product I've used on glass.
Thank you
My favorite has to be the crow piece!! 🖤
Loved all the projects.
you are a superstar
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME JOB.I HAVE GOT TO GET THOSE TRANSFERS ❤
❤geez you never rest!!!❤ love all these❤

Great makeovers! But that mushroom man! I love him!❤
Hi Yvonne… Oh the Crow ! Love how that came out and Mr Mushroom is much better , he makes me smile ! ☺️
Love the Patina products from Dixie Bell. They seem to be much LESS messier than other brands.
💛💛🌻🌻💛💛
I was thinking slick stick was 2 coats. Not sure. I used it on some flower pots.
Oh.. I’ll research that more 🥴
Wonderful up cycles as always. Thanks for sharing
Love them all as usual, but Mushroom Man was pretty cool!
Yvonne a quick tip if your in a hurry. Use your heat gun on tags. Lift one corner and they usually pull right off. Hope you don’t mind my couple of tricks. Just wanted to share as I learn so much from you.
Yes I’ve done that too( heat gun) I wanted to wash them well anyway. So I just soaked them 🤗
😂 ok, ok, ok…. I gotta give it to you, you made the mushroom so much better. 😂❤
😋
The lil birds would be cute as book ends. They all turned out so nice.
The horse turned out great....my favorite. OH yeah the canisters were gorgeous too. I have those very antlers and ducks right now. Gots ta paint them!! Mushroom guy was cuter after your paint work but I did not like him at all at first!
Love all the pieces you did!
Thankyou 😇🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️I love the canisters , and the ducks 😇❤️💖
You cant beat slick stick. I use several paint brands but Dixie belle knocked it out of the park with slick stick and their brushes are my go to favorite no matter what paint I use
Thank you for sharing that
The mushroom face is so cute! He is my favorite that you made over. Thank you so much for sharing!!
Love the crow and the horse. Not sure "fun" is the word i would use to describe that mushroom face 😂 And yet I would definitely put that in a garden.
🤗
Love the canister set the most.
♥️😊👍🌟🌟

You are so welcome!

What a difference on each of these items! Nicely done... as usual!
Thank you
I just love all your makeover videos. I think I'm getting addicted!! 😊
Loved the birds. I also love animals and my great grandchildren love to touch. Lol
Oh my goodness that mushroom is super freaky. I can barely look at it. The crow on the weather vane type arrow is my very favourite.
Love your makeovers! ❤ Here’s a little tip I use when applying the patina spray for a targeted area…I have 2 eye dropper bottles with the patina spray in each. I just drop what I need where I need it. That spray is not cheap and if you’re like me you save where you can.
Great tip!
Ducks are my favorite today! But everything looks beautiful! ❤️
Hi Yvonne! My fave is the chocolate horse. You chose such great colors for all the animals!
I really liked mushroom face the best. It made me smile.

Love the horse., the the crow love the rust look.
I love Slick Stick, but I find I get better coverage with stippling rather than brushing.
So like a dabbing technique?
@@GingerChickRehab, yes. I feel like my coats are too thin and inconsistent when I brush back and forth. But it seems to cover more evenly with the pouncing technique.
Love how the crow weather vane turned out!
I love how the canister set turned out and the mushroom face is adorable!
I can't pick a favorite, but love to watch you re create everything
Fun projects today Yvonne. I used the DB slick stick many times and I like it. Liked all the makeovers but the crow was my fav. TFS
Thanks for sharing!!
I love how the row weathervane turned out - great job!
I must buy some of the Slick Stick! Thanks for featuring it on this video!
So very pretty and what a inspiration you are.
My favorite was the crow weathervane and second the horse.
i loved the mushroom with the face , but they were all wonderful
Purchasing all new products is a little overwhelming, I know you understand where I'm coming from. I need " options"
I loved all of them, but especially the horse, you pick right on the color for him he is beautiful ❤️. But then everything is. That mushrooms face looks amazing after the wax.
I have always used a spray paint or modepodge on my pieces but I may have to invest in some slick stick. Do you think it works better?
God bless
I’m hoping to find out. Just starting using it
Did I miss it? The 9 drawer unit being redone? At what time in this video? :)
It will be coming up. The grouping ended up being way too long of a video. So I had to separate it.
@@GingerChickRehab TY ❤

How do you determine weather to add a floral stencil or a " farm house style transfer or stencil?"
It’s just fun to go back and forth.
Mushroom dude is a great design!
The mushroom is so stinking cute. Will it be in your ebay store?
I will get it on today. Thank you for inquiring
Great I really want to buy it.
I love all the animals!
The mushroom was great 😊
You know I Love everything you do!but in that same thought, how well do your pieces sell? What is your avg. turn around time? Just curious?
They sell as well as anything else. The right person has to come along.
❤😊
Love all these ❤
Great flips!

Could you use black shoe polish in place of Jollies wax? Difference?
What is the difference between slick stick and chalk paint?they both have a chalking texture?
