Oh I’m crying. I had a little Bichon, sweetest white fluff ball baby ever.
Lost him 2 yrs ago and and miss him to pieces. He loved anything white, from snow to stuffed animals to socks and sneakers.
His favorite was a little stuffed animal named... lambie. For his 8 yrs on earth, it was lambie!!

It’s not which hand you tear with that determines what kind of edge you get, (as someone who does everything with whichever hand makes most sense at the time) it’s whether the tear is forward or backward, toward you/up or away from you/down that changes the tear style (per the grain of the paper 😉🤓) 😎
So many ideas, so little time. I just threw away about three of those catalogs at work. But I know more are always laying around. Thanks for the ideas and entertainment.

A Lot of Lovelies Pam! Another Wonderful Use up our Supplies Project! A very relaxing way to take a break from journal making, use bits and bops and breathe new life into these scraps! Rather than accumulating even More scraps~this will be my project for this evening! Perfect for pockets, tags, oversized journaling cards, tucks, covers for mini notepads in journals~Endless possibilities!

They turned out amazing and I love the bits of dried flower, I'm going to get on that band wagon this summer 20 acres I should find something to dry.

One other note.....
I was working in my granddaughters junk journal....adding lines for her to write on....
(I am teaching her how to read....when she gets done with her reading assignment, each day....I have her write 5-6 words in her junk journal)
.....I got to tell you we both have had such fun decorating this journal
together.
Tonight, I ran into some paper I had cut down for
the grandkids to do crafting with....most of the paper....still the same feelings of dislike....but SOME of it...I thought, "WOW, I gave this away...how pretty it would be for my own junk journaling."
SO FUNNY....how this type of crafting shapes one's mind around different types....styles of paper....Anyway, just had to share.....

One day I realized that the catalog you use is the same one I do! My friend is a warehouse manager and gives them to me. They are great. I also use them to make a paper thicker where the back won't be seen.

What fun, as always! I have found the 'secret' to paper tearing is (right handers) holding paper in left hand and tear *towards* you to get the raw white edges and tear *away* from you to get clean edges (no white)...reverse if you are left handed, hold paper in right hand and either tear towards or away from you! 😊
