Something happened right before LAN on the first falcons lineup. They were dominating in scrims and all that leading up to everything. Not just by a little but by a lot. Then all of a sudden they just completely fell off. It's hard to say what it was but every bit of momentum they had leading up to that point just hit a wall and they've never really recovered.

Everyone that's had an asshole boss will know that even with an asshole boss you can make insane projects work out. But it's only very certain personalities that are willing to work in such an environment. And I don't think Woltzy is that kind of person, bc he has too much ego to do it - but look at Gen, he just fucking does it, shows up to the task and owns it, performs as intended. Crazy enough Hal doesn't seem to have too much ego for it, but I've seen this too often - Woltzy literally hates his team too much to function with them. Gotta find someone that doesn't have defeated mindset like him. Maybe Hal is defeated mindset at this point, and if anything Zero probably has too. It's not easy to solve, bc the people that does this kind of role never look very desirable, but honestly they're hugely important to success. It's all chemistry, basics of leadership, reason why jobs take personality tests with applications.
only criticism of this video is the thumbnail, no need to use whatever filter or AI thing you put on yourself to make yourself look like a ken doll. you're a good looking dude madness embrace it

Zer0 was right next to Hal and he dropped down and had to go around where zer0 just dropped out the window outside, they were all there but just was a lack of do from wxltzy on that play. Just communication things and wxltzy adjusting to new castle, nothing Draugr can’t help them improve on. People just take it so serious when the passion causes “crash outs” but I promise you, everyone will bow down before them in Japan!

The Apex pro scene is a bunch of adult babies by far one of the worst competitive scenes I’ve ever seen I’m a professional Yu-Gi-Oh player and professional magic the gathering player I would’ve had these guys removed from my team if they were on it how they treat people and how they talk completely unacceptable

I think they did that to break up their biggest competitor, after failing to reach finals. Timmy and Gild had so much potential.
