I've owned the organizers for almost 6 years and nearly a full set of hand tools for a about 4... They are fantastic quality tools, and our mobile tech crew would love to outfit our massive shop with Olsa tools.... But they have been incredibly resistant to selling individual tools. I find it incredibly difficult to comprehend the ease of getting a replacement if damaged, but refusal to sell one because we are mobile mechs and shit happens sometimes. This is a massive crutch that the company is riding for some odd reason. It's a huge sticking point for an otherwise great company to buy from and deal with. It just sucks BIGTIME that their receptiveness to logic is lack luster, at best. It feels like you are dealing with a AliBaba or Temu seller, the instant you want to purchase a single replacement tool! It gives the idea of the company has everything manufactured and packaged elsewhere when they claim a made in Germany, The US, and Taiwan branding. The factory that makes the flex head ratchet sells to other vendors who offer single replacement sockets... But Olsa still does not. Too bad. This video was pretty great. Too bad the buying experiences aren't as great!
