Very Very interesting. I was at my Dentists recently and with No exageration, she was angry that my gums and bones are healing because last year she told me that they can not heal and will get worse. Xrays showed no degeneration of bones. She just kept looking at old xrays against the new one and kept saying this isn't possible. She knew I had gone carnivor approx 10 months ago and said diet had nothing to do with this. Well I think we can all guess why she refuses to believe her own eyes. 😮

I was thinking this morning; I can't turn anyone on to Carnivore. Instead of giving up, I thought well why not suggest Carnivore for breakfast and Whole Foods whatever for dinner. That would go a long ways toward improved health. Dr. Abs said it even better... and this is important. Do not mix fatty foods with carb foods in the same meal. The fuels are carbs or fats. If you mix them, you can end up in a situation where the mitochondria lock out the carbs. That is when your blood sugar goes up and your insulin goes up and you end up with what appears to be mitochondrial dysfunction but the mitochondria are doing what they evolved to do. Fueling with carbs is always more damaging than fueling with fats due to the generation of free radicals; reactive oxygen species; gylcation; oxidation; oxidative stress; lectins; oxalates; phytosterols, and glyphosate. If you are willing to accept all that; then at least do not eat carbs and fats in the same meal. I learned a lot from Bart and Eddie and Blaise. This interview is a testament to the benefits of a broader eduction. It was FANTASTIC. Dave you attract the best. Fist time to hear of Dr. Abs. Hopefully not the last.

I had to write this down. "Fat cells quietly sitting in a Waiting Room when 17 Sticky identical 2 y/o twins enter and begin to Create Kayos (potential damage) like only seventeen 2 yrs olds can. Who is the Doctor going to deal with first to mitigate the Kayos?" The Waiting Room is your Body, and Sticky Kayos is Glucose. "This doesn't prove the Doctor prefers Sticky 2 y/o over Fat. It shows your Body is doing Damage Control. This does not prove your body prefers Carbs over Fat nor does it prove Fat causes Damage while Carbs do not. Glucose is sticky and sticks to everything but Fat just slides right on through. 😆

Absolutely GREAT INTERVIEW!! Again, the Randle Cycle is a great way to hook the listener, because it is not something that they have heard before and it is hard science. They may question it but they if they look into it, then they will see that it is real. I especially liked that you addressed the question about " preferred " glucose fuel vs fatty acids, that argument is always used by plant based as " proof" that fat causes diabetes, and anyone not familiar with this subject would accept that as truth, because it is coming from a ( supposedly), doctor. I am going to watch this video over and over until I can quote it word for word! I put it up with Bart Kay and Ben Bickman in presentation. No Epi studies,no vegan wordsmithing, just hard science. My gingivitis has gone and Periodontitis i have started reversing. in only 6 months. Going to him again next month which will be carnivore 10 months, should be interesting.
No chance we are optimised to consume something "ie carbs" that as soon as its in your mouth is doing damage. Our teeth tell us instantly carbs are wrong for us 🥩🥩🥩🥩👍👍👍👍

When I went carnivore 5 years ago, I reversed a cavity after the first 6 months. My dentist was floored. He said it was possible, but that he’d never seen it before. I told him I was only eating meat and that’s why I believed it happened. 😁

Fantastic that Dr. Abs is going to visit Norway. I live in Sweden, and regarding carnivore promotion we have NOTHING. Sure, Andreas Eenfeldt has skewed the zeitgeist somewhat, but the government doesn't listen. It's all "eat more fiber, save the planet". And protein is the most expensive food we have.

Dr. Abs uses illustrations and thoughtful summarizations to simplify concepts that lay people can understand more easily, the same way Jesus did.🥰 His colleagues are harder to convince because of cognative dissonance, ingrained from their imperfect and intolerant medical training and dogma. Similar to the Pharisees.

What a dream, traveling New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland spreading the news! I’ve been wheelchair-bound with MS for the last 10 years and my only traveling has been through TH-cam with trail running videos In the same country is using VR goggles while I use a recumbent cross trainer called the Nustep. (The Swiss running TV channel is one of my favorites. Virtual running adventures, is another great channel). I should ask the host of these channels about their nutrition. And God willing I recover from this so called “auto-immune disorder” I hope to one day see these countries in person and run the trails. I have been carnivore since August and I’ve lost 25 pounds. It’s made it easy for shopping and food prep. (I love my air fryer). I first heard about carnivore a while back on Joe Rogan speaking with Jordan Peterson and his daughter Mikayla, But it was a friend doing carnivore that prompted me to give it a go this summer. I really appreciate your videos, they have become a part of my support system! And when I start walking again, I’ll be sure to get in touch!

This is weird but it has happened. I have a crown on a back tooth. there is a stub of living tooth under it. I swear the living tooth is regenerating and has pushed the crown up, affecting my bite, and subsequently the crown has come off. I haven't gone to the dentist for it. I've just been without the crown. There is no pain and no problem eating. I might just leave it off and see what happens.

About the Weston Price data. He did not factor in the fact that they lived on earth, on the skin of their feet. They were fully exposed to the negatively charged magnetic field on the surface of the earth. It is a factor in bone density. Consider what happens to the astronauts in space(lose bone density, severe). They solved this with an earth type magnetic frequency field which was installed in the orbiting vehicle. I sleep on a negatively charged magnetic mat, a CT scan on my sacral/tailbone region showed a bone health and density of someone 25 years younger, a youth. Sun exposure also has ramifications in nutrition and biochemistry, but I digress.

Is carnivore appropriate for all humans. Yes. Just like carnivore is appropriate for all lions. Carnivore is about 70% meat and up in the diet and are near infinite variations of the diet therefore their is a proper version of the carnivore diet for all humans.

Im in New Zealand. The Maori were generally very healthy when Europeans arrived. Their carb source was kumara. Fats were birds, fish, rats, pigs, eels.... and dare I say it... humans. Kerero (wood pigeon) was harvested when it was most fat and then rendered and stored in its own fat in vessels for consumption through Winter and beyond.
