$750K, where do they get these prices from for a house smh. This can't be for normal middle/working class people. How do you justify a large purchase like this if you work for a living like I do? Is there a formular or something that will let you know if this is too much house for someone?

I’m I the only one that thinks a water closet is a waste of space…Having to come out of that little room and go to the sink to wash you hands…Primary bedrooms do not need water closets in my view….
I love the water closet. If going to potty for #2 then certain smells don’t have to overwhelm the entire bathroom and if you’re sharing a bathroom someone can brush their teeth and other can use the toilet etc.
