I can definitely see where people are making the Stranger Things connection, but sections of it also give me strong Murder Drones vibes. Regardless of soundalikes though, this song absolutely stands on it's own as a fantastic piece!
Discovered this song through a synthwave playlist, and I instantly gravitated towards the sound you created in this piece! Love the gradual buildup - I hope you don't mind this comparison, but the time audio elements in this reminded me so much of the latest season of Stranger Things! Which only elevates this track further imo
Another track...another masterpiece! The thing that really did it for me with this one was the pacing. I really enjoyed how there seemed to be several "steps" to it. As the listener, I could tell that I would get to one the steps that had a lot of substance to it...but after a few moments, the song would start to "pick up" again and you just knew that you were building up to another level. That pacing led to a satisfying upwards journey all the way to the end. That's just fan-damn-tastic work, my friend!
I appreciate the insight, and glad you enjoyed it. I always hope that the music will reach people on a deeper level. Everyone will interpret of experience something different. That's one of the great things about music and art.
