I've been looking at teardrops, but the concept of being able to stand and having a dinette or 2 beds, running water, A/C, and less wind drag than a teardrop really has me second guessing the teardrop. I'm looking at a Scout Lite tomorrow and was very happy to see this video! Thanks so much!
After watching this review, I am not real excited about this trailer. It is a bit clumsy to open and close, and the A/C unit sticking out the side looks like a big ugly wart looking for something to grab. Plus it just looks like it’s indifferently crafted. Let’s use the term fit and finish. I like the concept of this trailer overall, with the hard walls and roof, but able to be folded down for towing with minimal frontal area and compact size with the ability to be stored in the garage with ease. Going to look at some other units to see if anyone of them works better.
I own an Aliner sport which is an older model. The ease of set up once you are at your campsite makes it so nice . It tows and tracks very well and the feeling of something solid around you from the elements is comforting. I have the a/c unit and it has never been a problem. It's a fun trailer and a lot of value for the investment. I'm the second owner and it's held up well for all our trips! Our previous pop-up was a canvas style. This is even better!

My 2020 Scout Lite didn't come with wind protectors. Should they have been included? Should I have my FL dealer install them?
Just to confirm, positive cables are the black & white (2) and negative are the 3 solid white cables. Correct?

We love ours! It's just the right size for our family of two plus our lab mix dog. Folds up and down very easily, and tows like an absolute dream.
