I think when we register for finals we will automatically register under the new course. that's why it's showing “apply for the final course"

Yes it will automatically convert from old to new scheme if we give attempt in nov 23 and not clear it. Icai mention this in guidelines of new scheme

You need to upload your CA final group 2 marksheet. I'm not sure about what you could do when you have not received your marksheet yet. Call their helpline and ask about this. I uploaded my Nov 2022 group 2 CA final marksheet since I received it.
