Korean Tornado Gimbap Recipe :: Vegetable Gimbap :: Pretty and Delicious

Gimbap is easy to eat and has a lot of nutritional value, so it is a food that Koreans often eat.
I modified it a little from the general shape and made it into a tornado shape.
It looks pretty and tastes really good.
Ingredients that are difficult to obtain can be changed according to local circumstances.
It is an ingredient that can make a total of 5 rows, and it is for 5-6 people.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) (not measuring spoon)

✤ Ingredients
- Rice 1kg (200g each)
+7g(0.7Tbsp) Salt
+4g(1Tbsp) Sesame seeds
+16g(2Tbsp) Sesame oil
- 12.5 sheets Seaweed
- 200g Chives
+2g(0.6tsp) Salt
+2g(0.5Tbsp) Sesame seeds
+8g(1Tbsp) Sesame oil
- 200g Fish cake (2sheets)
+8g(1Tbsp) Soy Sauce
+8g(0.5Tbsp) Honey (or oligosaccharide)
- 100g carrots
+ 3 pinches of salt
- 150g red cabbage
+ 4 pinches of salt
- 4 eggs
+ 4 pinches of salt
- 5rows Pickled radish
- 5~6 rows Burdock (fried in soy sauce)
- 4~5 rows Crab sticks
✤ TIP
- Spread the ingredients to the height of the rice. It looks like a tornado when the thickness of the rice and the ingredients are the same.
- If you line up things with strong contrasting colors and roll them up, your Gimbap will look pretty.
- You can use spinach or raw cucumber instead of leek.
- You can reduce the ingredients by one or two.

달걀 지단 부치는게 정말 예술이네요~~ 어떻게 저렇게 이쁘게 한번에 뒤집을 수가 있을까요??😍 각각의 재료들이 마치 유화물감 같아서 합쳐놓으니 한폭의 그림이네요~~
예전에 김밥 한줄 만드는데 12시간이 걸렸더랬죠 ㅋㅋ 김밥이 먹기는 좋은데 은근히 정성이 많이 들아사는 요리예요~ 저도 회오리김밥 만들어 봐야겠어요~~ 현기증 저도 느끼고 싶네요^^
