Great walking tour, I learnt something new about the location. With the pocket 3 did you go for the combo or basic package, if I went for the creator's pack what would be the advantage of buying that setup for walking tours?
Hey fellow walker. I did get the combo or creator pack. Always forget what it's called. To be honest, there's a lot I don't use as part of that pack. Never use the wide lens attachment, extension handle which I think is pointless. You might as well put the battery extension handle on there. I used to capture sound with the DJI mic 2 but then completely forgot that it's mono. The little tripod legs are noisy and flimsy creating handling noise. So basically I use the battery handle from the combo only... Probably better off buying the stand alone omso pocket and then buying a battery handle. I use a better, slightly larger tripod legs that I got with my DJI rs3 gimbal. That create no noise and are firmly closed while holding as a handle. I bought an extra battery handle so I can swap between them while one is charging via an external battery pack. I only capture sound now, via binary earphones. Though I don't wear these in my ears as I tend to look where I'm about to frame and you'd look rather silly with dead cats coming out your ears for the wind resistance. I resolved this with a double ended bracket with a 1/4 hole in the middle which is set in place between the tripod handle and battery pack handle. It looks very DIY but it does the job. A zoom h1n is a decent enough and light weight recorder. Syncing sound post. Be aware that after the first file at around 20 minutes the sound loses sync by about 00.07 seconds so you have to re-sync after each new Osmo video file. Didn't know the pocket 3 had a gap between video files until the sound was captured externally. Sorry I went on a bit. Just wanted to make sure you're aware that the pocket 3s sound is terrible and has hardly any wind resistance. Thanks again for watching. I'll go and check your videos out 🤗

@Vandz thanks for the explanation. I have a pocket 2, and I was just wondering about upgrading to the 3 for better picture quality.
