Who's your favorite Marginal Trade Target who won't cost a 1st rd. pick?
Any Part 1, Precursor Trades of your own (involving Expirings, 2nds, maybe even Gabe) that you like?

The biggest problem of these trade packages your sending to other teams is that there are too many outgoing salaries for just 1 player. You must consider that other teams either have a full roster or have 1 vacant roster spot available. So what are they gonna do w/ all those excess players in a trade? Waive them & have their guaranteed salaries on their books for 1 or 2 more seasons?

2:51 - “A lot of these deals will involve multiple players that will
make the deal seem unlikely. But just assume that these deals will get done w/ a 3rd or 4th team, so don’t get too hung up on the logistics.”
You must also consider the heavily laden caveats that I made sure to lay out before starting.

@@lakerslegacypod Again, the problem of making 3-4 team trades isnt that simple. The 3rd or 4th teams must agree to the deal & gets what they want & what they gonna lose in a trade.
Its more realistic to trade bigger contracts plus a salary filler to just 1 team rather than doing multiple player trades w/ multiple teams involved.

Rob might be the worst GM in the league, with the best job security. Feels like he is always asleep on the job.
You will probably make a great GM for the team and do way better than Pelinka based on your videos alone.

Rob built a championship roster and another WCF one. He has made a trade every year except last year. The deadline isn’t until Feb. Relax homie

I like boucher or Smith the most. I've thought aboit olynyk trade but he's gonna be a liability on defense imo.

@@lakerslegacypod kelly olynyk isnt gonna give you much defensively but he can shoot the 3, and he can ball handle and play make because he was a pg in high school before he had his growth spurt. if they want another ball handler and play maker who can shoot the 3, the kelly is the man they want.

If you put DLo in any trade, this guy’s about to drop a 10-tweet tantrum thread on X. Bro defends DLo harder than DLo defends anyone on the court!😂

But seriously, yes. I would trade DLO for Dosunmo - a player that I have openly advocated for.
