One of the most durable cars ive got, my sledge is a bit more durable but my maxx is great! Biggest break ive had was just a couple days ago I snapped the chassis, dont worry ive put it through alot over the past year and it was a 50 mph landing onto a concrete corner. Takes a lot to snap the chassis like that, but I do recommend upgrading the spur gear to the metal one once you strip the stock one. my maxx is back in one piece, hoping to change back to my OG blue body soon and get it out again! great vid and hope you enjoy the Maxx!!
@@LifeOfBallen Yeah! Luckily im very familiar with the truck and it was super easy for me to fix, I break the bulkheads on it all the time so I know how to take it apart pretty easily! Kinda needed to do a rebuild on it, just didnt think it would be forced onto me like that😂
@@CeeBeeW19 haha you never know with these things! My Maxx is only 2 weeks old now but we’ve swapped the chassis on a E-Revo and now a Sledge with the M2C chassis . Rebuilding is fun, I wanted to do more “How To” videos on it but don’t seem like that’s what people like to watch
@@LifeOfBallenthen you’re doing something wrong brother because Arrma’s 6s lineup is night and day compared to traxxas, cheaper to maintain too in most cases. I will say though, the maxx is definitely one of their best if not best models. It’s a quality truck for sure.
@@Subawoo123 not doing anything wrong Arrma just not for me. Android, iPhone debate all over again. If someone gave me an armma id durability test it. However I would like to get the 6s stunt truck
@@LifeOfBallen fair enough, to each their own like you said that’s the beauty of this hobby! I meant no disrespect either I just meant arrma definitely make some quality rigs. I’ve owned 4 traxxas and in my experience I would take my kraton over any in the durability department. I’d say go for one of those if you get a chance, you won’t be disappointed. The new exb rtr model that just came out is really well priced as well.
Love this truck
Me too thank you!
We all know the feeling of when our new RC gets it's first scratches

You’ll love it
Didnt you get a sledge like 1 month ago
Nick did yes
Does it come with a battery?
No the Maxx v2 doesn’t not
❤❤
Be sure to register with traxxas! My ESC died only after 5 runs. From what I’ve read online they are not reliable at all.
Hey mine actually went out in 25 days but my hobby shop hooked me up with a brand new one
Yes I Seen a couple of videos with the esc burning 🔥 out almost right away
Wait until you get your hands on a ARRMA.
Arrma couldn’t hold up to a day in my life
