when it comes to getting clients as a person who is just getting into the agency and has no references how would you layout the welcome flow because you don't have any pervious client to use as data if that makes sense
i have a question man, it's just automation right so if they ask us if this is an automation and we say yes, why wouldn't they just build the automation themselves? and if not sign the contract for one month and have us build it and t hen continue running it on their own

Just so you know as well what you make from emails is not just emails it’s the TOF finding those people it’s not as simple as we made the client X from emails
I’m a complete beginner and trying to learn this, what is the first actionable/execution step I should take? Create a landing page etc? Also, how do I actually get clients and show them previous results when I don’t have any previous clients in the first place?
Hey man, maybe think about relatives or friends or even friends of friends who could make use of your service. Do it for free for them or for a very good price and use this as reference on your page. I'm not in Email Marketing specifically but I've been in the general marketing business for some time and usually this is the way. More often than not you even get new customers over your previous customers and that grows exponentially. Also fishing in the same pool you're familiar with already can also help - means if you get to work for a restaurant maybe stick to the restaurant branche again. Contact some local burger stores. Good luck :)

You could charge more for building personalized automated systems. This is more involved and not passive unless you automate that too😂
a lot of people dont want to build it out themselves, get over that limiting belief, they WANT your service, sell them
