Love almost everything about this house! The only things I'd need would be more storage space and a bathtub instead of a shower. Also, it seems like this design would lend itself well to adding solar panels on the roof.
I would need two bedrooms and a workroom added on.
I agree, it's perfect but needs more storage. Could happily loose the upper balcony for additional storage or office space. But otherwise my dream home!

It is beautiful, but unfortunately not enough storage space. Coats, shoes, clothing, cleaning stoff…even a minimalist houshold have such things. If you have a staircase from the bedroom down to the yard you shoul have a security door, I think. I like such design videos (and this one is realy beautiful and looks very cosy) but not enough storage space is often a problem in small hous designs.

Siempre q se aproveche mas los espacios...
Por ejemplo la planta alta hacerle mas piso hacia el balcón y aprovechar en uno de esos espacios y hacerle baño para q esté justo al lado del cuarto.
Y como siempre digo...el baño lejos de la cocina por razones de higiene.
Pero la cocina me encantó.. y los diseños de ventanas de cristal le dan mucha luz a la casa....y por supuesto ese balcón ...la vista q tiene y la escalera en espiral...En fin ...Todo!!!!😍Me encantó!!!!

About the dormer/bump-out for the back door - I see how it is used to hold a short storage closet upstairs. I would suggest making it go higher - like maybe having its roof rafters starting at the roof ridge. This would allow headroom to approach the closet door and add mmore space inside the closet.

Very cute. But, as others have mentioned -- so little storage would be a problem. And also, I wouldn't want to get up in the middle of the night needing to go to the bathroom and have to walk downstairs. That would be a pain.
I love this !!! I lived in a house almost just like this. The only difference would be the hot tub and all need to be in the back for privacy. The upper loft was soooo wonderful because you could overlook the the house and fron yard ... and front door ... with a beautiful view.

I love the A frame with the spiral staircase on the outside. So pretty. I wish the staircase inside was more of a focal point as well. The ladder style is not hitting right note with me. I love it though! Beautiful ideas.

It's small but very comfortable and beautiful
This design is lovely, but as it is at the moment is very much a "climate" based design. For example, there is no room for a clothes dryer. In a warm dry climate that is fine, but not if in the colder, wetter north. Also, a small house needs an outdoor area to expand living, and these do need some form of cover, even if only the crystal clear plastic "cafe" style covering used in Australia. However, trying to fit these to a "A" frame would be a challenge. I'm still thinking that one over.

Again you have a sweet little design for a first time homeowner or a couple downsizing. Love the spiral staircase outside the home, the steep inside staircase would bother me.

Absolutely love this house.
Very pretty, I like the colouring and the kitchen. I have to have a bath tub, and loads of wardrobe space, I fill a double and a single wardrobe. Big smiles. Clothes for all seasons.
