I have a pair of these, and I looooove them! I have a bad knee and a bad ankle due to previous injuries, and these make that make almost non-existent. I highly recommend them to anyone like me!❤️👏

We bought a horse and saddle with stirrups. These stirrups haven't arrived yet. So im riding without a stirrups. My mom says that shes got an email about that stirrups that there was a mistake and they will arrive abou 2 months. Perfect! Im feeling like indian because im riding on neckrope and without a saddle. Kisses and hugs from Czech Republic, youre the best!!!

I totally agree with this review, as i have a pair of my own, but it is very important to remember (if you show) that not all shows will let you show in plastic stirrups. My friend had the highest score in a hunter round but they disqualified her for not having metal stirrups. So please remember to check the rules with these stirrups!
JUSTINE!! You posted at the perfect time! I have a really busy weekend this week. I have an orchestra competition tomorrow and a IEA show on Sunday. I love these stirrups, I have a condition on my joints (hypermobile joint) accompanied by a condition on my bones (brital bone syndrome) and because of these, I am in almost constant pain when I'm riding, and despite my young age, I have chronic knee and shoulder pain, these have helped me so much, because the shock absorbers are so good. My knee pain is almost non existent during hacks, dressage and jumping. THANK YOU COMPOSITE...

I have MDC not jointed irons because I have hyper fexible joints ankles already. MDCs are pricey but are allowed in EQ and hunters and are really wide track. I love them

Hi Justine! I’m so excited because I’m leasing my first horse in September! Please post a leasing video! It will help me a lot
I rode in Compositi stirrups for about a year and a half. They’re pretty great but I’ve switched to Herm Sprengers flexi stirrups but I use my Compositi ones for cross country! I’ve got bad joints so the flexi helps me personally. I really recommend compositi stirrups!
I also find like many people I know it’s so much harder to lose ur stirrups with plastic ones rather than the traditional ones I use to lose them all the time but now the horses I ride mainly have plastic it’s harder to lose them which is great xx and when I first started riding my Lower leg use to move A LOT so the traditional use to hit the horse like u said causing them to speed up where as I found this doesn’t happen with the plastic if I owned my own horse I would deffo be getting these plastic stirrups (I go to a riding school) xxBtw ur videos are amazing and super helpful xx
The pony I rode before had compositi stirrups and I really liked them. I might buy them at some point for my own pony when we have bought other very needed things

I’ve been using composite stirrups for the past year...i loooove iiiiittt!!!
i have these stirrups and they work wonders for me and my horse, we did XC recently and i nearly came off by losing my stirrups (my metal ones) but then i bought these and did XC and it was amazing. every time somebody asks me why i have plastic stirrups and not metal ones, i explain why the exact same why you did.
for me a great investment 👍🏻 totally worth it

I ride western and every time I practice barrel racing I always lose my stirrups but I also ride a lot of bareback so I don’t really lose balance when I lose a stirrups
I've used these stirrups before!! Agree they're so much better than metal stirrups as I previously had banded ones. Definitely preferred the composti ones, but I've now been converted to Acavallo Operas and safe to say I'm never going back to any other stirrup!
Nothing wrong with composti at all, they're good for their money and not expensive at all, and the colours are an added bonus!
But for me, I just prefer the angled cheesegrater, the stirrup leather holes being side on (meaning your stirrup stays facing forward even if you lose it!) And the safety release. Not mega expensive either!
Not sure why I actually wrote this comment 😂 But whoever wins the free composti are still very lucky and would recommend them over a lot of traditional stirrups! At the end of the day, all lightweight stirrups are going to be more comfortable for the horse, so that's all that matters! X

Everyone’s different and I personally like the metal stirrups better, I’ve had Composite but I prefer the iron ones. The other day I did lose a stirrup on a green horse. We were cantering and I kept my ballance fine, and managed to keep the stirrup from hitting him by blocking it.
Okay I need those stirrups! I ALWAYS loose my stirrups and the Compositi could actually help with that problem!
Equine Skylar just a hint if you lose them alot you need to keep your leg back and your heel down.

I've mounted with both.... I don't know which I prefer because the plastic one is more light... But is more difficult resume them when you lose.... I don't know...

Completely agreed! The horse I ride, who is usually calm, freaked out when I rode without stirrups and these were metal stirrups. After I accidentally broke the stirrups, the new ones were Compositis (some plain ones) and I am surprised how calm he has been now when I work without stirrups!

I hope to buy plastic stirrups cause I do jumping and cantering without them, and I don't want my metal stirrups hiting my foot which is all purple cause of it, but I don't want those same heavy stirrups being crossed on my horse's neck, cause it must hurts! I mean, if it hurst me, why would I make my horse feel that bad pain?! Great video btw!😄
