Ahoj Ajni, od Vánoc se marně snažím poslechnout si tvá další vystoupení na TH-cam. Naposledy bylo Bolerko. Rosteš, krasniš a dospivaš v ženu. Děkuji Ti za tento nádherný umělecký zážitek a prosím Tě, ať se děje cokoliv, hraj, hraj a hraj, jsi pro nás jedinečná, diky
The recorder was the main "flute" of the rennaisance and baroque era. Even Bach himself wrote concertos for recorder. Thanks to Van Eyck, the recorder has the largest solo repertoire of any western wind instrument. As orchestras got bigger, and louder, the transverse (sideways) held flute became more popular as its piercing sound can be heard over the orchestra.
slysim ja fletnu a hned si vzpominam na meho maleho a milovaneho slavika Natalie... ...clip je mily napad, dekuji... Le p'tit Daniel, C-Major is the key, I''d guess...
A bit of research says this is from "Der Fluyten Lust-hof". But why is it specifically the English Nightingale? English composers and poets of that era did used to go on a lot about the bird, I admit, but do Dutch nightingales not sing?
As far as I know, Van Eyck compiled famous European songs from many countries and composed variations intended for recorder. You could check the English recorder player Sarah Jeffery TH-cam channel and check the videos dedicated to Van Eyck master works.

That's surely how Jacob van Eyck meant it 💗
Most people think of the recorder as a child's learning instrument but this really shows its true potential.
