Japan education system is the best in the world. I always wondered how they can control mass easily. Education, Routine, Manner, Talent, helping mind, Concentration everything they teach. Not for normal only, in every school there is a specific class for specific students. Every teacher are also highly educated and talented. they never shout on student. they never ordered them. they discuss the problem with the students. and students fix the problems in their own way. they divide the works like post man, like board cleaner, like homework collector etc. etc.
I am also a trained teacher from my country but, when I see the system of Japanese school`s quite jealous.
