Just wanted to stop in and tell you.. You’re a damn genius… I bought a loadmaster a few years back because of your video series. I’m getting back into it now and the first thing I did was spend an hour searching for your channel to get a refresher. Thank you sir for the value you’ve shared. I hope you’re doing well.
I just started reloading and picked up the loadmaster as my first press. Watched this series and followed all your instructions to the letter. This press runs so smooth. No problems(except the ones I caused myself). Loaded a 1000 rounds my first weekend and never had a single primer problem and only one case fell over on the feed ramp and that was because it was in upside down and bounced when it dropped. I just wanted to give a big thank you. All your tips and tricks worked perfectly. I would have been there all weekend sorting it out instead of spending 6 hours setting up and the rest of the weekend loading. THANK YOU SIR. Keep up the good work.
Awesome, Glade that everything is working well for you. Feel free to ask any question if you run into any issues. I have been using lee product now for 14 years. I didn't like the 1st loadmaster press until I learned how to troubleshoot the press. Now I own 17 presses, I really like my loadmaster presses. Great job reloading 1000 rounds your first weekend. Thank You for your feedback and kind words. Good Shooting my Friend
I have 2 Load Masters and I have enjoyed watching your videos and have learned a lot. I was thinking about moving to a Dillion 650 but you may have convinced me to stick with my Lees. The point is that all presses have issues and you just need to learn how to make them sing to the best of their ability and don't think it is going to run that way without hiccups. Thanks
Just started reloading with the Lee Loadmaster last weekend and hope you come back to teach us beginners hows its suppose to be done. FYI first batch of 20 rounds fired great thanks to your videos.
Awesome, Thank You for your comments. I hope to come back and start doing more reloading video's. As you know almost every reloading channel has stop due to You Tube policy. They say we can't load ammo from start to finish. There term say we can't manufacture ammo, reloaders don't agree with this term because we're not selling anything, it is for our use only to shot. Good Shooting my Friend. Reloaders are waiting on You Tube to stop deleting or video's. It make no since to do video if there going to delete them. I am staying positive that this will change so we can go back to making our video's. Thanks
Damn You Tube they did this to the Airgun channels too bunch left wingers who don't understand anything about guns or reloading.I hope you will be back soon to finish both part 7 & 8 .Thanks a lot for all of your expertise .This by far is the best series on the Lee Loadmaster that I have seen on any format !! 👍
Well I couldn't find anything newer than 2 yrs ago so I hope you are keeping up with folks pestering you for advice because you are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Load master..I'm looking at buying one but I wanted to get you're thoughts on the Mag P bullet loader mechanism with the ball bearing drop looks to be of very nice quality...thoughts?
Excellent shop! Need help with inconsistent powder throws from Lee Auto Drum, I understand you are the go to man for Lee products, thanks in advance for your help.
I could also use some help, no mater what i do it leaks H110 like a sieve. I've given up on the primer system, and now prime off press, its less agrivation and lets me size then tumble then prime
I am trying to get things worked out with TH-cam. their policy doesn't allow me to load a start to finish round. IT'S called Manufacturing Ammo. My argument is that what I reload is for me to shoot and I don't do stupid things on my channel. Until I know I am good to go and their not going to give me any strikes. I am going to sit tight until I hear back from them. Thanks for watching my channel. Good Shooting my Friend
This guy makes everything soooo overly complicated, I'm surprised he ever gets any reloading done. I'll stick with the Lee parts & methods! Thank you very much.
Watched a few of your videos today, went to subscribe but realized your not making videos due to YT BS. Are you doing videos on another website other than YT? I have a few questions I wanted to ask but not sure if your still following the comments. If you read this, please let me know the best way to ask questions, I have loaded since early 60's but always wanting to learn new methods. And I really miss Elvis, he got me into powder coating about 2 years ago. Enjoy your videos, hope to see you back soon!
I am waiting until I don't have worry about getting strikes. They claim if we show how to reload a round that is violating policy. I love doing the video's but if there going to delete them or you receive strikes. Policy say you can't show ammo being manufactured. My argument is I am not manufacturing ammo, I reload 100% for my wife and I too shoot in competition, I don't see any ammo. This the same reason that several of my reloaders are not doing the video's. Try to load anything that has these words or even the title AMMO, FIREARM. GUN, Reload. Your video's are put on hold or you receive a strike. Hopefully we can get this fixed. Thanks for asking, Good Shooting my Friend
@@Harleychromeman I just order's a Lee Loadmaster, should be here tomorrow. I plan on rewatching your six videos as I set it up for the first time. Thank you, I hope to see more reloading videos in the future.
@@Harleychromeman Just found your channel. Great videos! Hope you get things figured out. Not sure what the difference is, but there are dozens of other reloading channels currently posting videos. They have mentioned issues with youtube, but seem to have worked it out.
Your Loadmaster is moving a lot when you cycle the press. Those bases that you bought online don't seem to steady the press. Spend $75 at Inline Fabrication for a proper reloader stand. You can get up off of your butt and enjoy rock solid reloading. The Inline Fabrication stand for the Lee Loadmaster comes with the top plate already pre-drilled for easily mounting the press. Completely eliminated my primer station problems.
Love this series! You said the bullet feed die for .380 is #095331 isn't that for the .38/.357? Isn't the fire for 9mm and .380 the same one? #095330 My Loadmaster 90936 arrives tomorrow! Can you suggest any other videos before I start my set up? I also requested info about purchasing a mount from the first video. Thanks and I'm sure I'll have more question!
Scott , I have 1 brand new mount left. Price is $42.00 plus shipping, I am guessing $10.00 for shipping. What I do is list it on e-bay. Once I list it, I send you the e-bay listing number, you click buy and pay for it through through PayPal. Scott I am not home right now to check the part number for the bullet drop. Go to hornady site, type in bullet drop dies. I believe the 380 and 9mm uses the same bullet drop die. If you can't find it, let me know and I get back from traveling for work and can get you that information. I suggest the videos that you could be watching right now that will help you are following. Cleaning your brass, case prepping, removing crimp from nato rds if you have any of that brass, trimming cases. Scott this is your first press correct, after you review the case video's and have your case prepping completed, let me know. Let me help you bye giving you direction on each step and how you can learn your press with each step. I can walk you through a process that your going to have fun reloading. I would recommend to buy a hand held primer tool. I don't give this out to too many people, my email is glnj47308@yahoo.com. Hope this helps, let me know how I can help you.
David screw the die into the press, do not screw it all the way threw the hole. Your die should be up inside the die hole and not coming out. It will not come through and hit your shell plate like you set the other dies up. Good Shooting my Friend
You confused me by not showing how the bullet feeder seats the bullets to the correct depth. Are you using a seating die with taper crimp at station #5? That would be the only solution on the Loadmaster. RCBS makes dies that both seat and taper crimp bullets. After all that's what a progressive reloader is made for...saving time. I know that Lee's bullet feeder is junk and even Lee fanboys hate that feeder.
Awesome content, do you maybe have an email add or somewhere where I can contact you on? I have a few questions regarding my loading process, and need to make it faster and easier

I like this system because you can still eyeball the powder in the shell. As with Lees set up you can't see the powder.
HI you going to make anymore videos I learned a lot from watching you you

how did you attach your camera to the press?
Can you give me a parts list and where you bought this stuff for the primer alarm? Can't find them anywhere.
Did you end up coming up with something similar for a rifle bullet feeding setup, more specifically for 30-06, 308?
