- Another saber review for you guys and gals, today we review THE FALLEN, by ULTRASABERS. Picked this up on their May the 4th sale, and it took about 7 weeks to get here. Although the hilt is amazing, was it worth the $195 price tag?

I have two ultrasabers and after your reviews and other reviews that have been popping up I’m definitely leaning towards rebel sabers. I have three ordered. Two I’ve been waiting a while for but I know the wait will be worth it

Solid video. I have the same one. I am curious if you can insert color discs for hybrid colors or is that a no go on this saber? Thanks again for an awesome to the point video!
Because the blade comes out, you can drop anything in there, but it depends on what color LED to begin with, because it may not reflect any change.

Let’s just say she isn’t an Ultrasabers fan (hence she wasn’t in the video haha)
We have a few sabers from them and honestly not impressed. The wait times, lack of email responses, poor customer service and old technology really makes you look elsewhere.
I feel the reason people buy from them is due to the money they pump into marketing.
Out of any US we have, the one attached to this video review is the one we like the best, and even with that the lack of blade effects is disappointing.

this was my first saber but I feel like it will be my last from ultra sabers as you mentioned there customer service is awful . I ordered the vengeance saber from rebel sabers and one hilt had an issue but will has helped me every step of the way. He has a nice personal sense of customer service and talks to you like a real human being and now i'm waiting on the lost hope saber that he has and i'm looking forward to getting that very soon. Your video on that saber is why i spent the extra money and upgraded to that saber :)
Will knows how to treat customers so they keep coming back for sure!
Are there any better options that would work with a quick release coupler of any kind? I'm leaning towards ultrasabers because I want a splitting saber staff like in-game, and I know that they have a quick release coupler. I would love to know if there are better options though.

Looks good aside from the emitter, that emitter just looks weird due to inaccuracy.
Yes. Those black strips on the emitter are definitely interesting.
@@GalacticForceMedia interesting, but not good-looking, and why is it so spaced out? I guess it's to accommodate the blade, but I'm pretty sure saberforge has a more accurate emitter.
@@GalacticForceMedia that is the dueling version the black stripes are the cover the extra screws they used to re-enforce the emitter
Dude. I ordered the same hilt on March 24 and it STARTED HEADING MY WAY ON JULY 24
Two months just to get it on its way. Ultra savers gotta work on that time bro. And they told me wait 3 weeks when I waited like 8

Nice hilt. I think I will stick with Rebel Sabers their hilts are very nice and much better features at a great price point.

Ultrasabors is the only place I've seen make custom sabors....for other places what would you recommend? Also could they be cheaper then ultrasabors sells? I seen ahoskas helts...i love the smaller one she had...the yellowish one? (Sense my hands are smaller and that ones shorter than her first one) also seen a black version of plo koons (seems most Jedi had the same style as plo koon, almost like a assigned helt unless you built your own....kinda cops get glocks unless they buy and use their own guns) this helt was called stunt-dorinian dark.

Her reaction to “UltraSabers” @0:25 basically sums up how I feel about US after they sent me a broken Azure Fallen and refuse to respond to my emails, forcing me to submit a refund request through PayPal. 👍
Would u recommend the fallen with no sound, lite sound or the full obsidian sound? Are any of these options with the fallen worth it with coupons and free shipping?
It depends on what you want to have really. There are many options, but what I show in this video was the “lite” board for $195. If I didn’t have the coupon I wouldn’t have purchased it. The coupon was free shipping / 15% off. They don’t do that deal often.
There are other companies in similar price ranges with more features. Just not everyone has this style hilt.

The only problem I have with ultra sabers is the battery drains too quickly (90 minutes) and the colors don't last. I had a purple saber and it'll turn pink in 10 minutes then burn out. The sabers aren't that great.
I know in the past they have been iffy with emails. But recently they have been better about returning emails. I don’t know if it’s a recent change but flash and lock up do work with obsidian lite sound board but it has to be a single led not tri
This is a single LED I believe.
When I was ordering with the options it specifically said the flash and lockup was an additional cost and not included.

Did you get tri led for the blade? I think tri doesn’t work with flash or lock up

Should be a switch - but there may be a pull tab to activate it. If that doesn’t work, contact the company
I'm waiting on an order from US that I placed on 6/1, which includes the black & chrome Fallen...yes, they really need to work on communication (I heard there was a snafu with their email server around the end of May and they lost all their emails up to that point), but as far as the wait time is concerned, chalk that up to a huge glut of orders caused by Rise of Skywalker mania, plus all the issues caused by Covid-19. From what I heard prior to placing my order, the current wait times are not the norm for them at all. Just need to wait and be patient; bombarding them with "WHERE'S MY ORDER" emails aren't going to help speed things up.

Their turnaround is actually really short in comparison to somewhere like Vader’s Vault.
Agreed - however, although we don’t own a Vader’s vault, we only hear great things and that they are worth the wait times.

I really wish i would have seen your video before i ordered mine literally 4 days later. Its been two months now and i cannot get ultrasabers to reply to any of my three emails. Glad you mostly like the product, it gives me hope.
If there’s one thing we learned from lightsaber purchases, it’s patience. All companies are different and some are worse than others.
However, I would have to re reference the video but I think we ordered in April and got it a couple months later around June.
I was actually banned from their FB page for asking about my order status. 🤷🏽♂️

Hey! Could you help me please? I bought the fallen too and I received the receipt in my Mail but when I check my orders list, it says I haven’t order anything. Is my first time with ultrasabers and I’m scared I did something wrong and payed something I won’t receive. Please advice!☹️
Check and make sure you have the right account logged in. I have 3 ultra savers accounts and I was logged into the wrong one.
Also - see if your credit card was charged

In my opinion, I think 🤔 Ultrasabers is overrated and overpriced, I mean, I can get a neopixel blade for 10x less or get one with multiple colors for half the price of Ultrasabers.
Absolutely agree. I wanted this style / design for my collection from the game, but probably could have found better options. I heard other companies are releasing their own versions soon.
Thank you for this video, it is a very good description of the state of UltraSabers recently. They hilts look really cool, but the prices for what you’re getting, and the lack of customer service really hurts the company.
Y’all should check out SaberForge, they got some cool stuff too and better tech than UltraSabers. 👍
Although our saber collection is growing, we haven’t really looked into any other companies, but as of right now we only own from Ultrasabers, Rebel Sabers and the Disney Galaxys edge legacy and Savi Sabers.

Has anyone’s emitter pieces that go over blade come a little loose, mine are wobbly and I was wondering if there’s anyway to tighten them I would contact ultrasabers but their customer service sucks
I haven’t used it in a “combat” setting, but there are 2 versions. One has the black pieces on the emitters and one doesn’t. The version I review in the video is the “combat” one.
I ordered the same one before watching this, and I agree. For the price their sabers are quite underwhelming. Dealt with some of their staff and they aren’t helpful either.
Unfortunate, considering they have a great marketing plan.
We have since gone with other companies.

Are you referring to the screw that tightens the blade? You can get those in any Lowe’s or Home Depot. Just bring the hilt to the store! 😉

The most common size is a 8/32 retention screw

I am not 100% sure on what size the US have, but all companies are prob the same. I am fairly certain you could go to a Lowe’s or Home Depot that would probably have a bag / assortment of screws.
I hate US because their hilts are so loosely based on the canon hilts. Now I have a ton of them because I used to think they were the cheapest option. They're also way too big. Even for someone with huge hands and being 6'2, There are only about three or four that I actually like using anymore. Plus now that I have my Rebel Sabers I can't go back. US has ten year old technology and they haven't lowered their prices at all, and the features they come with are laughable. They don't even have in hilt recharge standard when it should be.
I will agree that rebel sabers has the best value for the money and what you get.
