the laptop lagging is a glitch that also happens to my laptop, sometimes when i join a game 2 fast it starts to lag no matter what quality lvl its at, then if i leave, wait a minute, then join back, it stops lagging on max quality

as a proud owner of a gaming laptop, the performance is really bad on battery power. As on battery it tries to save battery. If you have an NVIDIA GPU go into GeForce Experience and disable battery boost, that should work.
