Last time i was in the IOM was just after the summerland disaster, but remember these boats Lady of Man,Manxman,Monas isle, Ben Mccree, Legs of Man etc.Need to go back and see it one more time, lovely place to be.
Always hoped that the Manx would save the “Manxman” but my experience was that they even met their girlfriends inside the pictures when they went on a date. Too late now.
Sorry, this was definitely taken after the Lady's 1989 refit, and after the introduction of the King Orry in 1990. Some of the cars aboard were also registered in the early 90s. Great video though, showing two of my favourite SPCo ships. Thanks for posting.

That was the old steamers Inc the original Lady of Man which was a superb sea-boat which steamed at 23 knots. This Lady of Man was a motorship.

Was that other ship Peveril? I thought it was Viking..Maybe she was renamed?
