I think everyone reported for abusing the Midas bug should be punished or even baned for small a period of time for cheating in ranked. I can get behind someone pulling it off accidentally once, but if you lack the discernment to notice you are cheesing the game instead of defeating your opponent and the only counterplay to it is doing it too, you are just exploiting something maliciously. It is nice to see people submitting clips and giving it visibility, though. It would be easy for Valve to detect the abnormal behaviour too. If a player is buying 5 or more Hands of Midas in a game, that shouldn't fly.
