What a horrible first week of December it has been! I got fired this Monday. Because I stood up for myself and my team. It was a toxic work place environment and the director is a callous, manipulative, and inept sociopath. Though I’m glad I’m out, it still hurts because he lied about my character and work ethic in the probation review. People there are sympathetic and are aware of the problematic senior leadership. When it rains, it pours... yesterday, I got a letter that my apartment complex is under new management and that they won’t be renewing my lease so I have to be out in January. No job and no home soon. I’m scared because I’m poor and was just an admin. 2019 has been the worst year of my 7 years bad luck :( Thank you for the encouraging reading!
