when you use fresh tiger nuts, have it in mind that it can spoil quickly, so you have to blend and sieve immediately and also freeze quickly, please do not soak, thanks for watching

Please you adviced not to soak the nut, does that mean one has to buy fresh nut( not the dry one) and if i have to get the dry one, how then can i extract some juice from it with out soaking it. Please I hope to get a response. Thank you

No don't buy fresh one, buy dry one wash with motar and pestle
