6:39 I'd like our TF2 de-spaghettification expert Shounic to do a video on this very thing actually. Like what in TF2's code decides to reflect projectiles in a random direction when a teammate is closeby? And is it intended code (probably not)?
Pretty sure it's that the rocket gets deflected into where you aim your crosshair, so if your crosshair's on your teammate, the rocket flies in your teammate's direction (Could be wrong tho I dunno)
if I had to guess it's actually the teleporter's fault. Either way, it very transparently tries to redirect all projectiles towards "the point you are looking at" - it probably just doesn't tell the difference between enemies and allies
there's also the problem of latency - projectiles are serverside but the aim might be clientside and can be affected by packet loss and shit

I few months ago, my steam got hacked and I lost my roughly $2000+ USD invintory I had been collecting over the last 9-10 or so years (sense the 6th grade I am now in college). A couple unusuals, an Australium RL, you the get the jist. I havn't been able to watch any TF2 content creators because I miss my really awesome and personal invintory! However, I have always been able to watch your content Monkey. I love the stuff you put out and it always puts a smile on my face! Thank you for keeping my love for the game alive in my heart
