    Primavera is just beside SM Mall.. and the uptown area is not very crowded with buildings.. and safe from flooding too..

    Just a question if I buy apartment develop by Ayala, Camella etc. What's the guarantee that the owner of the building won't demolished the entire building?

      Hi Ton. Are you referring to a condo unit? Once a condo project is sold out, all the unit owners will form a condo corp. the condo will own the land the bldg is built on. The units are then owned by the individual owners. In order to demolish an old condo, the corp must get the agreement of all the unit owners.

      @@RealEstateAlexZeta thanks was wondering about that, also is there a guarantee timeframe the the developers will not make any major construction or may use the land for a future more profit project?

      @@tonehhh5454 the developers have a project development plan which they will show to the clients. So turn over will be based on that. If there are changes, all the buyers should be informed beforehand.

      I think usually in the condo contract.. it is indicated of how many years that the building property might be changed etc.. about 50+ years or so.. That's what I know.. from the info of the condo property we wanted to buy in Boracay many years ago, but we did not buy it eventually..
