LYRICS : [Intro: Eminem & Justin Vernon] You know, everybody's been tellin' me what they think about me for the last few months It's too loud Maybe it's time I tell 'em what I think about them Can't hear it coming down the hallway stairs from the parking lot It's too loud Freeze my crown all up in it, slow fire [Chorus: Justin Vernon] Don't fall on my face Don't fall on my faith, oh Don't fall on my fate Don't fall on my faith, oh Don't fall on my fate Don't fall on my- [Verse 1: Eminem] Gotta concentrate, against the clock I race Got no time to waste, I'm already late, I got a marathoner's pace Went from addict to a workaholic, word to Dr. Dre In that first marijuana tape-guess I got a chronic case (yeah) And I ain't just blowin' smoke, 'less it's in your momma's face I know this time Paul and Dre, they won't tell me what not to say(nope) And though me and my party days Have all pretty much parted ways You'd swear to God I forgot I'm the guy that made "Not Afraid"(hah) One last time for Charlamagne If my response is late, it's just how long it takes To hit my fuckin' radar, I'm so far away These rappers are like Hunger Games One minute, they're mockin' Jay Next minute, they get their style from Migos, 'til they copy Drake Maybe I just don't know when to turn around and walk away But all the hate, I call it "Walk on Water" gate I've had as much as I can tolerate I'm sick and tired of waitin', I done lost my patience I can take all of you motherfuckers on at once You wanted Shady? Don't fall on my fate (look) [Verse 2: Eminem] Somebody tell Budden before I snap, he better fasten it Or have his body bag get zipped The closest thing he's had to hits is smackin' bitches And don't make me have to give it back to Akademiks Say this shit is trash again, I'll have you twisted Like you had it when you thought you had me slippin' at the telly Even when I'm gettin' brain, you'll never catch me with a thot Lackin' with it, "he ain't spittin' like this in his last shit" Ho, you better go back and listen You know me better, thinkin' I'll slow or let up Call it trap 'cause it's a total setup Hopin' that you rappers fall in that Dre said, "Hold your head up!"-Kathy Griffin Stackin' ammunition, slap the clip and cock it back on competition This is how I shot ahead (pew)-Gabby Giffords My attack is vicious, Jack the Ripper, back in business Tyler create nothin', I see why you called yourself a f****t, bitch It's not just 'cause you lack attention It's because you worship D12's balls, you're sack-religious If you're gonna critique me, you better at least be as good or better Get Earl the Hooded Sweater Whatever his name is to help you put together Some words, more than just two letters The fans waited for this moment like that feature when I stole the show (ha), sorry if I took forever (haha) [Chorus: Justin Vernon & (Eminem)] Don't fall on my face (yeah) Don't fall on my faith, oh (I won't) Don't fall on my fate (line 'em up!) This dude is a word prophet, he keeps stacks of notes with words and phrases he creates, in a safe. Ya'll really think a bunch of kids can take that credibility away? If you ask me, his use of words and the playing of syllables have sharpened and matured overtime.
Facts bro and so many old heads think he's gotten worse but in reality he's only improved. They just stop listening/ aren't teens or 20s anymore brain is set in stone.
@@lethalus3494 i always liked old em vetrer then i watched a few comparuson videos on here lol now i appreciate them both but new em is lightrlyears ahead lyrically
Kamikaze and MTBMB 1+2 are the perfect examples of why em is the goat. His word play and the sheer amount of different flows he can slay with are physically impossible for anyone other than him

"I inspire the Hopsins, the Logics, the Coles, the Seans, the K-Dots" You have Inspired the world , spread Hip hop around the world. And pulled people out of their tough times! G.O.A.T 🔥
@@rebelguy9487 true, but aye man don't forget about the time when his bully literally gave him brain damage and put him in coma. dude could've died back then too, or at least wouldn't be here. remember he forgot all the words and shit? so technically, we almost lost him twice
With revival doing not so good and people saying that em's lost his old flow and ferocity, I guess he has made a point by this track (and by the album, hopefully), that he is not going anywhere soon. As an Eminem fan this track made me happy
I don't think this album is just about dissing others. He's trying to save a genre of music by challenging others to write 'real lyrics' to their songs instead of stupid lyrics like 'gucci gang'. Do you really think Em cares what others say about him? I doubt it very much. Em has talent and he knows it and he can afford to diss mumble rap. Eminem knows exactly what he's doing and it needs to be done! What better way to get rid of this mumble rap than to challenge them.
I appreciate Marshal said "sorry if i took forever" to his fans.. that's how i feel now.. Em your music is medacine.. please drop an album this year.. we need it so badly!! Your's faithfully.. A humble Stan.

U should listen to Kanye. Some of the albums he released a couple years ago are still ahead of this or anything else u ear nowadays. P.s: Not an insult. Just a suggestion.
Eminem has been my favorite rapper forever I remember 6th grade year I was told he was old trash music and i just responded "he is just to lyrically smart for you to understand"
But you would think I'm CARRYin' a Oxford dictioNARY In my pocket how I'm BURYin' these artists On a scale of turnt you're minus Mine says VERY, yours says hardly And what's SCARY is you probably can comPARE me to your car 'Cause I'm just BAREly gettin' started That rhyme scheme is fuckin phenomenal not forgetting the others words he rhymes together in that pattern.....🔥🔥🔥🔥
I'm studying great lyricists for a project. What's amazing to me is the double rhyming through the whole verse carrying......Oxford dictionary......pocket burying......artists very.....hardly scary.....probably compare me..... car be(cause) barely...... started I mean, for fuck sake, em.... 🤯
@@ballzoffire123It’s impressive, but a lot of Eminem’s lyrics are much more so, I don’t think these are his best, and I find writing simple multi syllable rhymes such as this not to be too difficult.
Some people will and can never be replaced,, Amy Winehouse,, Freddy Mercury, Prince, Mozart,, Bach,, Handel,,Dave brubeck,, the list goes on,, and this rap genius,, EMINEM,!!!
Eminem receives so much judgment lately that most people had forgotten what he's made Once he's gone there's no turning back Let this Legend be.. and appreciate his new chapter of life

Then give Album of the Year to somebody that no one's ever even heard of
All I know is I wrote every single word of
Everything I ever murdered
Time to separate the sheep from goats
And I got no faith in your writers, I don't believe in ghosts
When rap needed it most, I was that wing in the prayer
A beacon of hope, the B-I-R-D in the air
Somewhere some kid is bumpin' this while he lip-syncs in the mirror
That's who I'm doin' it for, the rest I don't really even care

Seans, the K-Dots, the 5'9"s, and oh

I don't think this album is just about dissing others. He's trying to save a genre of music by challenging others to write 'real lyrics' to their songs instead of stupid lyrics like 'gucci gang'. Do you really think Em cares what others say about him? I doubt it very much. Em has talent and he knows it and he can afford to diss mumble rap. Eminem receives so much judgment lately that most people had forgotten what he's made
Once he's gone there's no turning back
Let this Legend be.. and appreciate his new chapter of life
Anybody else thinks that this is the best song of the Kamikaze Album?
@Destiny sTaTiic dam that makes the album really good Cuz I love this one
Nah, I give it to 'Lucky you'
Destiny sTaTiic that’s a pre poor opinion no offence hahaha. How can you listen to these lyrics and think it’s the worst
lucky you
@Destiny sTaTiic what the hell is wrong? The last whole verse is straight fire.

This is what I’ve been waiting for! Listened to the album twice through and it’s only been out for a few hours
Same, I really like Closer, Greatest, Lucky You and Kamekaze. Not Alike is kinda funny.
