The Bears need some serious love in Tekken 8. I find it funny how df1 is 15f, -9 on block, only does a whopping SIX damage on hit, and is only +2. Awful. But hey it tracks to his weak side. Sure there's extensions but it can easily be back dashed or parried. If bf2 were homing that'd be huge and if ws3 could be done with d df3 or f3 out of standing or something that'd be huge. Bears suck. Just pressure them all day long and wait for them to do virtually any long range poke that instantly puts them at -9. They technically have great homing moves considering d1+2 is a 14f high crush and f1+2 is a 17f launcher but they're both launch punishable. f1+2 extension was a nice buff to combo off of ws4 floats but it equally took a mid homing move that was -12 and made it launch punishable forcing you to rely on an extension that's worse on block than the move originally was.

HBS d1+2 on block is safe (when you stand up after doing HBS d1+2 it is safe)

Still a good tool for us bear mains. even tho it's 15f fast
