Why do I feel like Baraggan would clap Zero Yammy with no issues? Other than Yammy, everyone above Baraggan is stronger power-wise and would probably win but all of them would find it hard to bypass Respira, Age Touch and senescensia.
Because Yammy has been treated like a jobber character throughout the arc so it's hard for people to accept him being the strongest Espada during the time. Plus

Plus just because a character is stronger than another doesn't mean they'll win 100 percent perfectly in a fight. Especially if they have some pretty good haxes
I'm just saying that Yammy going into Zero Resurrection sacrifices speed for power so he would get rekt by respira. He's definitely stronger than Baraggan tho.
He was fighting with resurrecion Grimmjow evenly in the “Can’t Fear Your Own World” novel which takes place after the Blood War arc. Mayuri gave him an amp.

If it’s by raw strength, the only contentions I would have are Gantenbainne < Cirucci and Ulquiorra > Barragan and Starrk. For the latter, Ulq blatantly stated that there are 3 Espada stronger than him so Ichigo beating him doesn’t matter. This either refers to 1-3 as Yammy was still 10 at the time or 0-2 and Ulq only beats out Harribel with SE. Either way, he has to be weaker than Barragan and Starrk. On the former, Uryu (despite being faster than Demoura) was having problems with him whereas Chad negged him. Chad also harmed Ichigo right before the tag team fight and one punch in Urahara’s basement had Ichigo shook. Otherwise, your list is spot on.
Prime Barragan should be number one. He is equal to prime Ikomikidomoe. Even Ikomikidomoe states that Grimmjow and others are nothing to him and Barragan

In my opinion: 1. Grimmjow 2. Ulquiorra 3. Nel / Harribel (I don't remember any feats that place them above Ulquiorra) 4. Stark 5. Barragan 6. Yammy 7. Luppi (Lack of feats) 8. Nnoitra 9. Zommari 8. Szayelaporro 9. Aaroniero I also want to mention that Rudoborn is another very powerful Arrancar since he was fighting against 3 Sternritter
