I'm starting finishing touches, so excited. I must say though, this isn't a beginner-friendly tutorial because of the lack of detail in your explanations BUT fortunately coming back to the video throughout crocheting helped. Beautiful pattern, I'm getting ready for Spring! Love from South Africa 🇿🇦❤️
As a very experienced crocheter I'm happy to find a quick video that gets to the point and doesn't explain every single stitch! I watched it and am excited to startI love this top and I'm making a purple ombre one tomorrow! ❤ but I can imagine when I was starting I would've been completely lost as well just a pointer to repeat the repeat a few times not jump straight into it as some arent as experienced
Lmk how it turns out. Haha yeah, this video is a prime example of "you can't please everyone". Somehow, I can never do enough even with a written pattern lol
Thank you for this great video tutorial! I made one in white and teal. One thing I noticed with the border - when I did the three DC then ch 1, the sides had a small gap. I undid the border and did three DC, no ch 1, and the gap is gone. :) I am going to make more of these - thank you again!
i find the tutorial easy to follow. It may not be mentioned in the video but there are instructions written. So one really needs to pause and pay attention. I made this perfectly at 1st attempt.. thank you very much for partaking ur knowledge 💗
Well done Snowflake. Just downloaded the pattern and it makes so much sense combining pattern and video all together! I hope you shut your eyes to those who think video instruction should be extended (or in their own language (really, people?...)), not sensible that some people, like pattern creator, need to make a living. Anyway, love the pattern! Big thanks to you. Keep up the good work :)
Thank you for this lovely top pattern. I was confused at first too, you suddenly jumped from 4 rows to 20 rows. Then I noticed at 6:27 the written instructions: "Repeat these 4 Rows Four more times. It was easily missed because the writing was not standing out enough. I will make this top but using a multicoloured yarn
Hey lovely! I know this is from two years ago and you've probably learned this already, but if you count your chains at the start of the row as your first stitch and crochet into the second stitch from your chain instead, you'll get smoother sides

awsome job but,i didn't see how your work got bigger after your first 2 crochets how do we do that? plzz replay because i am setting this out for my twin sister
HI sorry for the late reply. Its done by increasing stitches. If the video is hard to follow, i would highly recommend getting the pattern to follow along,
@@IrieKnits I can't access the pattern for some reason. If you can access the pattern then please copy and paste it into the comments. That would be very appreciated.
This is a lovely Top and tutorial but not beginner friendly . Will revisit when im more experienced. ( you lost me after the V body of the Top, or should I say I lost you) I was not bothered you skipped to the lower part it was a repeat, but you did it so fast did not get where the dicreases went.
Hey Tonya sorry for the late reply I was away getting married and still doing some reno. This is a size small. To get a larger size, I would increase the starting amount by 2 for each size so for the medium you'll Ch 25, Large 27 then continue to increase for 2 extra rows for medium and 4 extra rows for large.
I just love the top it do beautiful. But I have a problem. Am on the fifth rows. What I need to understand is. Do I continue on one side of the top before I can start with the other side? Please anyone who has done it and finish it let me know how. Because nam stuck on the fifth rows please.
Damn, I’m so sad. I made the top (definitely possible with just the info in the video), with a similar yarn but it is way too big😢 Gonna try and see if I can recreate it smaller, it’s such a cute design🥲
Wonderful design and easy to make but definitely not flat chested friendly. I've tried numerous different ways and shapes and it just doesn't sit well in the Tata area. My relatives now have cute tops for summer at least lol still love this pattern though.
I continued to decrease. Making these videos takes a lot of time and with a toddler, I need to do it this way in order to save some time. Join the newsletter and you'll be notified when the written pattern is up.
Hi I love this tutorial... however, I have 1 chain left for the first row of dc. I do the ch21 plus 2 ... 23 total. Then I dc in the 3rd ch from the hook... 10. Then in the 11th ch I do 3dc.... then I find that I have 11 ch left instead of 10. I would end up with 24 instead of 23. Is there suppose to be 10 dc on either sides of the cluster.. hence 23? Is the first dc counted towards the first 10? What am I doing wrong? Please help

How do I adjust the size for a M or L, since this is for size S?
Yes I would like to know as we’ll Large please and you should show more of how to crochet you by passed much not beginner friendly
Could you please teach how to do like this but as a dress?
After finishing this didnt sit well on my chest at all :( it was loose and im a C cup. Any idea on how to adjust it?
How many rows to finish the top you did
I wanted it to be in Portuguese, it's very beautiful, but I do not understand your language, beautiful work, congratulations.

Love it!! Could U please tell me how many stuff do I need for a small size? Thank you 🙏🏻😘
Materials? What do you mean by stuff?
I would start off with 2 skeins of the colors you desire. Keep adding rows until you reach the desired look. This way you can make it fit your body.
I meant cotton. But I think Annabella gave me the clue, didn't she? Thank you both 🌹🌹🤓
This is gorgeous! Well done, TY for sharing💜💜💜
Thank you and your welcome. Happy 4th
How many balls of yarn did you use?
Where do I find the written pattern please? Many thanks x
How many grams of yarn do I need to make that top?

Can i use mercerized cotton?
How many grams of yarn approximately

Look at 6:27 in the video, there is in writing explained : Repeat this 4 Rows four more times.
PAUSE THE VIDEO COMMON M"KIN SENSE!!!!!!
Looks like 5 repeats of the top portion and 4 repeats on each side for the decrease portion.
What size is this top? And how do you adjust to create a larger size?
I believe this is a Small to Medium Size. If you want to make it bigger you need to keep going until your desired length, That's how I do it. :)
