One of my families fav budget friendly meals is smothered drumsticks. Throw them in the crock pot with a pack of brown gravy mix and water. Serve mine over mashed potatoes. My boys love it.

For those cream cheeses I started buying the Aldi cream cheese block and letting it soften then whipping it with my hand mixer and some cinnamon and brown sugar or Honey and chopped walnuts. I always have cinnamon, brown sugar, honey and nuts in my pantry. It has been a cost savings to just do it myself. Plus I can never find the one I want at the store.

Yes! You could add ranch seasoning to the cream cheese and use in the pasta dish too!

You’ve done an awesome job with your budget Nicole! I like to have a stocked pantry and freezer so that I can make almost any meal without having to go to the store except for fresh items. It pays to stock your pantry when things are on sale. It may cost a little extra to buy one for now and one for later, but it is well worth it.

Tonight I took canned chicken and added it to pasta sauce with fresh spinach over spaghetti. It was so good.
Wednesday blessings to you and your handsome boys. Fantastic haul. Everything you plan on making sounds delicious. Tonight, we're having leftover French onion chicken over mashed potatoes with green beans. Thursday- fend for yourself, FriYAY- garlic bread pizzas, and Saturday- loaded potato soup.

Love these videos. An idea for you with the rotisserie chicken: once you take most of the meat off the bone, put the carcass in your crockpot with some bouillon and you can make delicious stock. I then either freeze it or make soup!! I Do this all the time and then I never have to buy chicken stock for recipes!
Add water to the crockpot. Forgot to mention that part. I usually cook it all day on low.
We had tacos cheeseburgers teriyaki pork tenderloin w fried potatoes and homemade pizza w salad this week. Some meals coming up are venison stew w homemade bread chili and cornbread or grilled cheese and fajitas and spanish rice

I was so excited to grab a jug of chocolate milk bc my son loves chocolate milk, but found it had high fructose corn syrup 😭. You got a TON for $154 🎉
Pizza pasta is one of my new favorites. Cook up some pasta. Throw in a can of pizza sauce, shredded parmesan, and whatever toppings you like on pizza. I also like it with cauliflower florets instead of pasta.

I want to try that cream cheese!! Also, I have never seen that flavor of frosting. Looks delicious! Also, I used to demonize bagels and I thought I could never eat them and lose weight. I've been maintaining a deficit, meeting my protein goal and including bagels 🥯 ❤

Oh, and i know you aren't 'trying' to be an influencer right now. But I have been considering the laroche pose cream for a while from other times you have talked about it but planned to wait until I ran out of what I was using. But when you said it helps with eyelid dermatitis...it was instant 'add to cart' and purchase. Just used for the first time. Hopefully it helps!!

@jennifersnell3488 we buy a huge bag from Chewy as it's cheaper than anywhere else & lasts like 1.5-2 months! Believe it or not that chunker doesn't eat as much as you'd think😆

Love how you're budgeting. I wish my Aldi was as cheap as yours, it's sad that Walmart is cheaper for me, our bagels are $2.15 compared to yours that's $1.95 and our cinnamon rolls are $2.59 compared to $2.19. I love Aldi, but what's with the difference in prices?

Did you know coconut are. A tree but. Ask me how I know.nah I will just. Spill I developed a nut allergy 8 years ago .well a year ago a grandkids said I want really coconut water so we got a real one and I to the first sip and was violently sick with in seconds.I had to google to find out if it was as nut.well its as tree nut..I ad eaten it my. Entire life. Sso I don't get the joy of cooking with. It😢❤❤
