I don't wanna put the blame on anyone but it's not uncommon for idols to get kicked out of company for doing some mistake/scandal.

@@kpopnbpexistbczoflisa9343 jyp himself no longer runs the company and is only a advisor to the groups and occasionally writes songs. jyp entertainment though, does have separate management to oversee each group. so ultimately its nmixx own management that has to hold responsibility for her departure.

*I think maybe bcz of the concept the group is headed with the competition so high groups cmng out with so much to offer nmixx is not just a bit but lacking a lot and i mean a lot there is not even a single statement or line praising or not even a Single word praising or saying good about their music or their debut or the antique direction they are heading and also these are the years that make you work up or make you to prepare as solo or do something on your own after 6-7 years but seeing nmixx rapid and constant failure its hard for the members to make any progress unless a good song comes their way which i don't think JYP will give them he is stubborn as hell just like he is ruining ITZY the same way as nmixx i bet 200% 2-3 members of itzy also wanna leave bcz of jyp worst style of music direction also except for lily haewon and sullyoon i dont think rest the nmixx members are able to make career themselves after their freaking failure as group so i think its better for jinni to leave as soon as possible for better career if this music direction goes on for nmixx and itzy next year they will be completely forgotten no one will care about them any more in this 4th 5th gen competition even nugu groups will rise in front of itzy and nmixx if idiot bull headed jyp wont change its music style they are not charting in korea properly for them to come to west and make their way is literally impossible for stupid jyp lol this is what happens if you are stubborn and love yourself more than your artist you fail miserably haha i can see the future if jyp going down in gutter lolzz*

That's so sad it wasn't sudden base on her expressions she knows she gonna leave behind her fans and she might not know when they would meet happily again.. To left in secret without the fans knowing it must have been a huge burden to her.. Tbh I really like her charisma and her hair stood out during 0.0 era.. I wonder what happened…ik this was because of personal reasons but she had stated that she'll work hard and is preparing for her next comeback and how she sacrificed alot to train 6 years in JYP and she wanted to give up but couldn't because of how far she has trained and come and her family's expectations were something she couldn't let down and hope's for nimixx's success, something doesn't add up here
After looking at it for a while I realized she has given up because of the pressure and wants to live a normal life like others, she'll miss her members and fans alot

im going out on a limb, but i have a gut feeling she didn't feel like she fit in with the concept JYPE was providing to nmixx. there wasnt a clear direction this group was heading and artistically was probably frustrated. might be smart she saved face and leave early then to pretend to like it.

@@kpopnbpexistbczoflisa9343 jyp himself no longer runs the company and is only a advisor to the groups and occasionally writes songs. jyp entertainment though, does have separate management to oversee each group. so ultimately its nmixx own management that has to hold responsibility for her departure.
