Win is afraid he isn't good enough for Team and if he loves him, then Team might one day leave him for someone better; while Team already had a past incident where his brother/relative/friend almost drowned while saving him and most probably can't swim anymore. So Team probably doesn't want the same happening to Win. So now both just need to accept their feelings for each other and conquer their fears. This part in UWMA is the part probably where they confront about their feelings, which we should hopefully get more of in BU.
