The big thing that won last fight was that Aphelios wasn't hitting the eternal winter anymore, the other guy moved him over for some reason so he wasn't getting hit immediately.
It was the Illaoi
To be frank it was not Illaoi 3 that lost the last fight. The fight before set was killed before he ulted. In the last fight urn got better tank items which made him survive long enough for Sett to ult which made the biggest impact.
I bet it is more subtle than that and the details are more compliecated, but in the end Sett did not even finish his ult in the fight before the last.

i'd say it's more the previous fight he had the winters approach item be what Aphelios was focusing, so his attack speed was being cut by half along with getting stunned, but he moved Illaoi 3 to be the focus as she was tankier, but it didn't matter as it allowed for Aphelios to ult much more often to clear the backline and Sett to ult as well. it wasn't him getting Illaoi 3 that lost, it was bad positioning
